It seems like you never had a baffle strike. The only way to know the truth would have been to have someone else examine it. If the guide-rod bashed it, there is nothing wrong with Gemtech charging you.

So that article that said that 2/3 of the makers competing for the mk23 tests are using the Gemtech can -- those makers do not include HK or Sig. Who are they then? Beretta and who else?

I have seen many examples where a silencer falls apart, and the owner calls the company, and the company agrees to fix it, and then the owner is impressed by customer service because they agreed to fix their defective product. Best for the product to not fail and need service. I have been wanting to...

So you guys feel the ATF is going to go to a federal prosecutor and recommend to them that they indite you because you had a lawfully registered silencer but decided to replace the end-cap with a higher quality one? Even though this would not likely happen, do not do it if it is against the law. Nev...

Are you going to Iraq or Afganistan? Is your Avatar a photo of you? Do you like the new camo? It is way cool. Were you issued it yet? I actually like the pale-green Army stuff and the light boots were a good idea. They just need to replace black guns with gray or tan for general issue.

Do you work for SWR? I wish!! :D Just a friend. Stopped by yesterday and got a demo. -Sanchez Were you at SWR's new building and warehouse? How does it look? Must be expensive buying a bunch of CNC machines but it will be super sweet to have total control of having everything in-house and not shari...

Part of what I like about aac cans are - besides the sound - the flawless quality of the surface finish. If SRT cloned the Evo-9 it would be like an Evo-9 made (and looking like it was made) by SRT.

Well, sound level, quality, mounting systems. Or you can just take a recommendation. If you want a compact one that you will screw on and leave on, then perhaps an AAC Ranger or SWR Wolverine. If you want a quieter one that is good for general purpose use with a good quick mount, then get an M4-2000...
