I had a BS Felony arrest in 99, charges dropped. I have not yet had it expunged. Had my silencers 2 months after dealer recieved them.

ETA Make sure you keep copies of the paper work showing charges were dropped. They might come in handy.

On another note, I had a conversation about these at work last week. If a cop finds you with the keys in the ignition, you can be busted for DUI, even if the ignition is off or your just listening to the radio while you sober up. Could they still bust you for DUI if you had the keys in the ignition...
