Re: 40mm Grenade Launchers

I have an LMT with the 9" barrel on the stand alone mount from Knights. It's fun...shoot chalk, smokes and parachute flares. Have the adapter for the 20ga so I can shoot some the the artillery simulation projos out of it too. Been thinking about getting a rail mounted version to put under the '...

By the way, what does that can weigh?
Surprisingly the can isn't that heavy. I'll have to throw it on my postal scale, but it feels lighter than my Bravo 30 suppressor.

Re: New toy...Custom Super SASS w/Elite Iron suppressor

I like the looks of that baby! 8) As far as glass, A Nightforce would do that justice. I didn't want to get stupid with the glass, so I opted for a Sightron SIII 8-32 with exposed turrets and their MOA -2 reticle. I researched many options, and read great reviews on this scope. The quality of the o...

New toy...Custom Super SASS w/Elite Iron suppressor

Waiting on my glass and mount, but I thought I'd share a pic with you guys. Noveske N6 lower, Magpul PRS stock, RRA 2 stage trigger (trigger guard is from Knights), Armalite AR-10 upper with Broughton 5C barrel, PRI carbon fiber handguard/rail system, Armalite Super SASS adjustable gas block and PRI...

Re: Walther MPL

I've had both in pre-May sample guns. Nicely made, smooth running. Downsides for me were expensive mags (when you can find them) and the sights were kind of a pain in the ass. All in all, nice 2nd gen subguns.

Re: GSG VS RUGER 22/45

I have one of the GSG's and love it. I did get the replacement bushing from ATI and had a little additional work done to it. Replaced the main spring strap with a flat snake skin one from Ed Brown. This also eliminated the stupid magazine/hammer safety issue. Also has standard grip screw bushings in...

My Elite Iron Bravo 30 on my FN/SPR is quieter than a 22 rifle. Shoot comfortably without ears. Others standing near fell no discomfort either.

You will need a type 20 license I believe. Magazine issues as well, Cannot travel by common carrier, i.e. UPS, etc. Special trucking required.

Was there Thurs-Sun. Delivered a bunch of the 22 tracer I sell to guys on the main firing line for the night shoot. Picked up some 50 cal blue tips and tracers for my 12.7 x 48 suppressed rifle. A few other misc things, shot the subgun match, dinners and beer at night!

I wish you the best with it! Their Delisle copies weren't know for the greatest quality. Not sure if it's with all or just some of them. As Diomed said, you won't get any customer support from them. Do let us know how quiet is...I've always been curious.

Dale and Kathy produce an EXCELLENT quality piece. Their posted metering results do not lie. I personally have several of their cans in use. My Ruger Mk II integral is both a work of art and exceptionally quiet. I run the Bravo 30 on my FN-SPR 308 rifle.......people think I'm shooting a 22....it's t...

Re: Any tips on blackening engraving?

Another tip for removing excess paint around the non-engraved area is after filling in the areas you want, take a credit card or something similar and dip a large cleaning patch (3" works well) in thinner or acetone. Place the patch along the bottom edge of the card and pull the sides up tight ...

Armalite Super SASS with adjustable gas block....you can set it for "suppressed" shooting. They also sell the block (with Knights rail system) as an accessory.

I'm not familiar with the GSG 1911 pistol but it has gotten my attention and looks to be a nice suppressor host. So does it come with a factory threaded barrel and only requires the Silencerco adapter to be suppressor ready or do the factory barrel have to be sent off and threaded to be able to use...
