Dealer to Dealer no tax, individual to dealer 1 tax, individual to individual in same state 1 tax, individual to dealer to dealer in another state to individual 2 tax.

To/From govment agency no tax. Individual to legal heir in estate no tax.

Re: Testing for stability with only the booster attached.

When you tighten the silencer body hold onto the booster and not the pistol. When you tighten the booster assy. hold onto the pistol and not the silencer body. The only time the right/left hand thread becomes a problem is if you try to tighten the entire package as one unit against the external forc...

So you are a poor college student with no money or assets, but you spent money on a trust to protect those assets. Fell for the McTruster scam hook line and sinker.

In state probably given a heavy loss on the gun, out of state maybe someone would take it for free since the transfer tax would double.

Re: A-TEC CMM4(6) Rimfire Suppressor Lead Deposition

If/when you actually take this apart. I suspect you will find that lead is not most of the problem, carbon hard almost glass hard like material from powder burn will be the most of the build up filling every nook and cranny locking things up solid. Also not as dense as the base material of the silen...

If you get down to around a 2" barrel your 115 will be subsonic.

Re: Crappy dealings with Matt w/ Stalking Rhino

You can't just take a silencer with missing regulated parts then just make new replacement parts for parts long lost, you can't just make regulated unregistered parts and supply them to another manufacturer for assembly into an empty silencer tube.

Re: Baffle Strike Question

Too short a barrel, too heavy a bullet too low a velocity too slow a twist rate in the barrel for that heavy a bullet, probably a boat tail bullet. All of which cause instability.

Did you fire the upper/ammo combination to check for fliers before you tried the silencer?

Re: AOW Question

Why can't you make an AOW? That is the entire purpose of the Form 1 is to make things.

A gun that has to be put together to fire seems a bit slow for any defensive type operation.

Re: .357 in a 9mm Can

CUP is chamber pressure, it has nothing to do with the amount of volume of gas or pressure that comes out of the end of the barrel where the silencer is. Like you said yourself you don't understand so when you question the actual manufacturer of the device who does understand, you still don't believ...

Re: K Baffle Suppressor Set-Up

You are over complicating the wheel. The force of the blast will push baffles forward and the carbon/gunk build up with fix any baffle wobble in place after 10 shots. The spring you speak of could be a spacer if so a solid sleeve spacer or a fluted one would be better or the spring you speak of coul...

hold the slide shut on the pistol and fire, then you will know if the pistol needs work or the silencer is louder than you like.

The KKK mags needed a complete take down and a fluff and buff to remove the flashing on the follower. The overall length of the magazine is just a tad long so if upward pressure is put on the magazine durring shooting the feed lips drag the slide and prevent function. If no pressure is put on the ma...
