Hey Girls, I just noticed a deal at my local fun shop, on a Beretta CX4 storm carbine in .40s&w…. (LEO turn in for 500 Frogbacks!), I have never been a .40 fan….but now that they are outta favor…. I kinda love a hard luck case….i have access to a Dillon press and .40 dies, and a .45 octane can…....

I ended up buying a YHM R9….should be good for subs and supers… may not be the hottest can on the market…. But will cover all the bases!

Hey Guys! Thanks for the reply……I think I do have one of those old “Federal Ordinance” Makarov barrel jigs…. If I dig deep enough In the black reaches of my parts bins… I have both a PP barrel and a PPK/s barrel….. my plan is to send in them both to a good ‘smith, let him decide which one would work...

I'm doing an end run around the issue untill my Deadair gets out of jail..... I am going to convert my Silencerco Omega to the Deadair mount system....(I was never crazy about the Silencerco ASR mount anyway!) it is a little pricy.... But being able to switch can to can from host to host makes sens...

I found a spare barrel for it.... (Not cheap!), and had Mike from Tornado Tech extend and tread the barrel to 1/2x28...

I sent my bushingless 1911 barrel (and slide!) into ADCO who threaded my barrel with a 1/2 x 28 insert.... for $165 total including return shipping.... I had it back in my greedy paws in under a week.......
