Re: Make Silencer Talk Great Again!
I am for sure going to get a 93 RAS and the Medium FF RAS. I was late on to the game on getting on lists for a MRE, so if I am able to get one I will.Sredrum wrote:Off topic. But who all has plans for the rerelease MP5 ras and MRE? Got the MP5 ras on order and waiting like everyone else for the MRE.

Re: 2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
After a bunch of informal shooting, I believe the consensus is that the new line of QDC cans are pretty damn good. The 556 QDC sounds quieter, is lighter, and less POI shift than the NT4. POI shift was mostly small, shot SBRs to 400 meters, tried 11 hosts. The 762 QDC was much of the same. It did s...

Re: 2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
I'm pretty sure everyone is still waiting on F3's from KAC. I have the complete line of new cans paid in full with low numbers on the list of the first batches of each. Hopefully, we'll get an update at the SHOT Show. Waiting on F3 for my 762 QDC myself. I don't know of anyone who's had one clear y...

Re: Question for EMC/ECC owners
Finally got a chance to try out M80, M118LR and MK316 with the H3 in my EMC. I only had a couple minutes and only fired 10, 5 and 5 rounds of each respectively; but they all cycled just fine and it did make for a very soft shooter. When I have more time I will be experimenting a little more with thi...

Re: Question for EMC/ECC owners
I haven't messed with the buffer in mine, but I have an H3 laying around and I will definitely play around with it next time I go out. I also have some MK 316 I'll try along with M118LR and also some M80 type stuff I shoot in matches. I'll post my results here.
Re: 300 BLK
A suppressed KAC SBR in 300 Blackout. I know this will cost a pretty penny. Question is, do I continue to save up for an SR-25, or do I divert all funds and resources to acquiring this beauty? Maybe I'll get lucky and get to do both. On a side note, maybe it's just me, but I prefer the look of the ...

Re: What suppressors work with the tripletap besides nt4
I believe only the NT4 currently fits the triple tap.
The new 5.56 Saker can from Silencerco is supposed to be adaptable to a bunch of different mounts - I'd ask over there to see if they have an adapter or plan to make one for the KAC M4QD FH and the triple tap.

Re: To KAC: Why does the 762QDC lack flash hider prongs?
The older versions of the 762QDC and CQB had the prominant flash hider prongs. They have refined the designs so the fh prongs on the new CQB can are much less obtrusive and a different shape; and my understanding is they have an internal flash hiding baffle in the new 762QDC can - so they could elim...

Re: Something in high demand
7.62 Suppressors QDC and QDC CQB. I've seen a lot of marketing pics of these but none in the wild. I'm starting to wonder if they exist... Casey with KAC brought out the production version of these cans for demo during the MD Precision Rifle class in DeLand, FL. When asked, he stated that the new c...

Re: 3 & KevinB: 45 degree offset front & rear buis
I have a set of 300M 45 deg offsets that I may part with. They are as close to brand new as you can get... Not 100% sure if I want to sell them yet. I'd almost rather trade them for a set of standard KAC BUIS... Quick question on the topic of KAC Offsets... Will the KAC 300/600M 45 deg Offset co-wi...

Re: Rail cover options for LW URX?
Howdy all, I own one of the KAC/Magpul limited SR15s with the LW URX rail. Other than the dedicated LW URX delrin handstop from KAC, what options do I have for rail covers with no intermediary item such as putting the MOE picatinny rail between rail and and rail cover? I'd love to be able to mount ...

No, you'd need the M110 can- which is 2" longer and has a different blast baffle to accommodate the flash hider.

Re: 2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
You have a valid point, I have a 762SDN6 as well, and it's not like it's a huge can by any stretch. So the fact that the QDC is slightly lighter is not bad. But to tell you the truth, the biggest bummer is that they dropped the "KAC aesthetics" on the 2013 QDC. I was completely sold on th...

Re: 2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
I ordered the 762 QDC - full size. I had toyed with the idea of the CQB, but after some though I went the other way. This can will be replacing my AAC 762SDN6 on all my 300BLK guns, and will be used on my ECC as well. Since the new can is the same size, but lighter than my 762SDN6 that I was already...
