Re: New Open Letter form ATF
So, do both the brace fired from the shoulder and M855 end up on the naughty list permanently? I think that's the most likely result.

Re: New Open Letter form ATF
The ATF is just another federal bureaucracy. They don't purposely plan this stuff out with methodical, nefarious intent. However, the bureaucratic structure will rally when it gets caught flat-footed (e.g. presented with a barrage of youtube vids that show a product that is technically legal but ski...

Re: Wyoming Threatens Arrests for Federal Gun Grabbers
Just to be clear, I'm of the opinion that (to some extent) the laws have always served as a distraction from what really matters: the physical actions of the government and the physical actions of the people. See the marijuana fiasco presently unfolding as a perfect example of this. We just have a l...

Re: Wyoming Threatens Arrests for Federal Gun Grabbers
There is not a single state in the union that would wean itself off Federal spending so directly and willingly. I know that. When I look at our states I feel like I'm looking at "faces of meth". Once strong, healthy bodies that continue to accept extremely self-destructive side effects as...

What a load of crap. Political grandstanding. Hot air. Similar firearms freedom acts were passed a couple years ago. Everyone was impressed. "They'll arrest federal LE that violate the FFA! Oooooh, this has TEETH!" Whatever. You want teeth? Here's TEETH: State X H.B. umptifrats 1) State X'...

Four posts precede this one. Each of them offer valuable insight from a unique perspective without getting into a pissing match. That's crazy!!! Almost makes me feel like this isn't an internet forum.

Re: New host from Ruger... 22/45 LITE
I have had a TacSol liner break loose from the aluminum encasement (in a Gemtech Oasis integral - $$$), and I've read of others having the same problem. Given that, the tensioned liner that Ruger has used in this gun seems to be a much better design.

Re: Spirit Airlines and vet that wants refund.
A lot of Americans are fawning over vets right now. Regardless of if it is justified or not, some vets are taking advantage of that fact. Soon enough, people will get sick of hearing the bad ones claim a right to special privileges etc. A few loudmouths will ruin the American public's view of the wh...

I would never use my veteran status to ask for special treatment. Can I get an amen?!? That crap rubs me raw. It is volunteer service - don't use it as leverage. When someone offers me a mil discount and starts to thank me I always say thanks for the appreciation, but it was an honor for me to serve.
