Re: 16" 300 Blackout, worth it?

I only ask this since they gang's all here, but at approximately what range does a lightweight supersonic 300 blk projectile start to loose steam out of a 16" barrel? About how far out is it good for punching paper at?

Re: Hillary Clinton: Budding 'birther'?

Issues with WND's credentials as a trustworthy news source aside, that was a very poorly written article with regards to how it actually tied into the title. The only statement related to it was basically "I have sources inside who say she's leaning this direction", something that is only ...

This article might be shocking until you consider that of COURSE things have happened since 9/11 that we haven't heard about.

People would be shocked if they knew of half the plots stopped before completion.

I still want my 1.5-6x Accupoint with exposed low profile turrets. Or one with a BDC.

Or a 1-8x (from anyone) that costs less than a grand.

Re: Anyone used a POF Roller Cam Pin

My understanding is that when the beltfed variant of the AR10 was being developed, there was a need to have less friction for consistent & reliable operation and is what prompted the development of the roller cam-pin (among other changes) many many years ago.

Dude, you've really gone out of your way to besmirch their name at every available forum. In my opinion, chemicals make funny finishes. There's every likelyhood that they did not shoot it, as you claim, and in fact you're an absolutely douchebag for dragging their name through the mud everywhere pos...

Re: WH cancels Obama trip to Sikh temple over Muslim rumor c

I heard about this, supposedly to visit the temple, anyone (including presidents) must wear a religious head covering of some sort. Lest he be thought a muslim, he declined. Here's the funny part: they'll happily accept Christian head coverings. Now guess which religion of peace won't allow you to w...

Re: ar in 7.62 x 39

Just shoot it in an AK. ARs do not work well enough with 7.62x39 due to the case head being too large for the bolt, and due to no way to get a curved mag inside the AR magwell. Don't forget the receiver size being less than optimal, which is why Knights did the SPR and extended the receiver a bit. ...

Re: Get a load of this thread

My take on it is that the ATF created a new class of firearm, "Pistol Gripped Firearm". As it's now exempt from shotgun requirements, I fully expect the ATF to classify this as a DD. I've even heard some crazy talk that the ATF already considers things like Mossberg Cruisers DD's, but simp...

So you were aware of the price he gave you , you paid it, and went home with it anyway?
