Can you move the company to another state?
There is always the option of just letting it disolve and not changing a thing. its not the correct way of doing things but in reality it should not be an issue.

on a federal level, you are not required to keep a copy on you. You dont have to even own a copy or the original period. you can burn it as soon as you get it and still be legal. It is possible that state or local laws may require it. I have never heard of a place that did though. I used to carry a...

if they want tyou to go into detail, it helps alot if you pick your words carefully. lay heavy into the stuff they will think is ok and just make small mention of the evil guns. Yes. Self Defense equipment and hearing safety devices are great Terms. Surprisingly, "Gaming" and "Sporti...

Re: Can you become an NFA dealer from your apartment?
aggiez28, very clever "beurocratic" approach. Smart HOAs and Leasing Offices won't allow it though. They say, "Case by case basis," and demand that you file a detailed request for Variance. Then disqualify your Waiver if any jot or tittle is out of place. I'd prefer to use discr...

Re: Can you become an NFA dealer from your apartment?

You tell them you want to run a company from your home and need a letter stating that it is ok. Ask if there are any restrict...

Re: Can you become an NFA dealer from your apartment?
As Aggie said no "safe" is required however you do have to have a means to secure inventory. apartments do come with locks on the door. that is fine. Also don't forget that you will have to have the permission of the property holder EXPLICITLY saying its ok to sell firearms from the apart...

a safe is not required.
yes you can run it from an apartment (assuming the apartment, zoning, and other local things are OK with it)

I asked for pics and info and he said that he Form 1 the rifle and had a gunsmith screw on the shorter barrel. I asked him where his info was engraved and he said that it was not engraved and his gunsmith said that it was not required. Hmmm interesting. I have even had people at the ATF tel...

I dont have the info you are looking for. I would be interested in knowing also. I do have a question for you though. If this lower is special and you really do not want to engrave it, why are you engraving it? Because he is SBR'ng it and following the law. The question should be......If this lower...
