Yep due to the performance of their reduction from suppressor. Easily to end up with headshot within 50-100 yards by training shooter.

I don't know how to draw it and explain to the local lathe smith for done the work. So, just want easy design for them.

Suppressor for AR15 Dedicated .22LR Upper
I just got the new AR15 Dedicated .22LR upper with 6.5" Barrel from CMMG. So, I'm planning to make a new can with 1.25" OD for this .22LR SBR. The nominal 1" OD will not look better when install to this .22LR SBR because I use Daniel Defense M4 7.0" Handguard. Then the suppressor...

If so, I’m willing to Post a new design (brand new, just few days old …) for you. Mixes Alu-6061/T6 (Core and Caps) and SS-304L (Tube from OnlineMetals.com), 1.5x7. Best, Pau...

How about Aluminum 7075-T6?
Just want the light weight .223 Can instead of Heavier .223 Can from SS or Steel.
For Baffle design does not conclude. So, may change to Cone Baffle by SS304.

Re: Comparing Baffle Stack
How about the OD of Tube? Should I increase from 1.25" to 1.5"? If the weight and size are still acceptable I would try to. An almost 20% increase in volume is huge. With my design of 1.25" OD and Lenght 6.3", the program calculate total weight around 400 Grams. (Material is SS ...

Re: Comparing Baffle Stack
11 Degree Target Crown First off, you don't have to post 3Ds of every single part. I know it's fun, but the first cut-through describes the design with plenty detail. Anything more just confuses the issue. Secondly, an 11° endcap is pretty pointless. Even in the benchrest-crowd the perfect crown an...

Re: Comparing Baffle Stack
On #1 I think the baffles will be too close together at 6.3" length. They show only 5/16" between each other is too tight IMO. I'd go for at least 1/2". I would eliminate that the space you have at the end of it and move that last baffle all the way to the end. Take a look at this. Y...
