Re: Suppressor covers.

[quote="domestique"]Best cover IMHO, is the Rifles Only HAD cover. The inner core is rated to 3,000 degrees with the outer REPLACEABLE shell rated to 2,000 degrees.

I'm 2 weeks in on a correction myself. Dealer caught the error after I sent the form 4 in. It don't make the wait any better, it just makes you know your close!

Re: Radical Firearms 5.56

I see they are now a sponsor. I went into their store front a month or so back. I had heard they build rifles, but no mention of cans. Clerck was helpful in advising me on a mount for my LMT M203 Stand Alone.

Re: Monkey Nuts

The Colt LMG fired from an open bolt to prevent barrel cook off & to help cool it. The LMG also had an oversized handguards for improved cooling. It also used a hydraulic buffer. You can find LMG uppers for sale, but you need to change your lowers FCG to open bolt. I thought it would be a cool thing...

I didn't for a very long time, until meeting smash & grab thieves leaving as I was entering work. Unfortunately I'm carrying my Seecamp as it's the easiest pistol I can conceal.

After this I'd find another dealer unless he really takes care of you. And at the most what's he going to do, wave your transfer fee he charges.

I enjoy mine! While not as small or lightweight as y'alls, mines on a registered receiver. It's a great way to burn thru a brick of .22's.

Not the fastest to load but the pumpkins at the rock pit don't seem to mind. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img911/2391/0GUKLk.jpg Bought one when they first came out. It had timing issues. Someone broke in to my truck & stole it & I was kind of glad after getting a check from my NRA insurance.

Re: $200 Form 4 Tax

I use a personal check with the serial number of the item on the form 4. It's easier to check to see when the check clears (which happens surprisingly fast). Once the check clears your wait begins.

They have a shoot near the 4th of July & the other one is for New Years. IIRC it the weekend closest to the holidays. I generally have to work both so I've never been.

I recently scored some Federal 147 grain Hollow Points 9 mm from watching gunbot.net for .45 a round. I'm going to sell a kid @ work some pre Slick Willy 9 mm for a $1.00 per round.
