Yes, I received a response via e-mail. They submitted a new form 3 so now we just have to wait for approval.

Re: Anyone talk to Griffin Armament Lately?
Do you have any contact information that you can pass along to me? I tried to contact them via e-mail and their phone is dis-connected. I need to talk to them about a suppressor we purchased for a customer back in early March. We received a copy of the form 3 which the ATF dis-approved since the S/N...

Re: Cleaning a Specwar 762........
I just soak most of my cans in Kroil for a few days and blow them out with an air compressor outside.
I don't see a need to use the dip unless you are cleaning a 22 suppressor.

Re: Surge 762 Sound Test Video
Thanks for sharing the video. Good to see Henry in some testing videos again.
How does it compare to the SpecWar 762, Saker 762 and Omega?
It was good to see them bring back the Omega name again from the good old days of SWR.

I have seen a few correction letters and disapproved form 4's due to trust over the last few months. They seem to be losing the copies of the trust that were sent with the form 4's during the long wait period. Some of the examiners include their e-mail address with the correction letter which allows...

Re: Silencer Physics Question
Why does a 22 lr subsonic round go supersonic when shot at a body of water? If somebody could provide me a quick detailed answer behind the concept, I'd be more than happy! :D Bullets tend to skip or ricochet across the water. You're probably referring to the ricochet sounds. I've seen 9mm subsonic...

I hope that is not true. Henry has always been responsive and a straight shooter.

Re: rockset w/ thread on silencer?
I wouldn't use Rockset on a thread mounted suppressor. It would be a pain in the @ss to remove it each time and your threads will fill in with hardened Rockset making it a pain to thread on the next time. A lower strength thread lock would be a better option but it may not works so well at the tempe...

Re: warlock 2?
The Warlock II is very similar to the Spectre II with alloy CTA baffles instead of the SS CTA. The db reduction sounds about the same between the sparrow, Spectre II and the warlock II. It is a great light weight suppressor if you do not mind the alloy baffles. The CTA baffles are almost as easy to ...

Re: Can't Remove Octane 9 HD (CTA) Expansion Chamber
I use a wooden dowel to push the baffle stack out from the booster end. Most of the time I can press it out with my thumb but if it has been awhile you will need to use the dowel.

Re: SWR Specwar 762
I'm looking for a good suppressor that will handle the muzzle blast from a LWRC 8.5" UCIW 6.8. I was planning on using the 762-SDN-6 since it has inconel baffles and it would be overbored to minimize back pressure and minimize the probability of baffle strikes. Feedback from LWRC after some fie...

I love shooting our LWRC REPR suppressed. I have two uppers with this package, one is 12.7" and the other is 20", both are 1:10 twist. Low recoil, gas piston operation with 4 position gas block including suppressed, the side charging handle and the way the rear of the lower receiver closes...
