Re: USP 9mm threaded barrel options...
Check CMCGOV.com. I just picked one up for $212 shipped. HK factory part.

I don't suppose there is any chance of a T9 upgrade?
Would it be possible to get a Trident-9 upgraded to the specs of the new Octane 9?

Re: New SWR cans
Their website shows the Specwar 556 on what appears to be an 8.5" bbl'd AR15. Can it actually survive the blast from something that short? I've got a 10.5 and figured I simply couldn't put a can on it.

Re: So, I need a silencer host...
Awesome info. That seems like a better plan since id spend roughly the same amount and end up with better sights.
Could you elaborate about this o ring?

So, I need a silencer host...
I'd like to pick up a USP 9 for my Trident. I ended up on the USP because I don't like striker-fired (staple) guns, and I liked the way it shot for the 50rnds I got to use one. My other option is a Beretta 92, but I think I like the USP more despite the need for a LCD. Anyway, the point of this post...

Is the QDSS safe to use an a 10.3 barrel?
I built a MK18 Mod0 clone and now I want the can for it. I'm pretty sure the navy uses these, but when they destroy things, they get new ones for free. What is the life expectancy of this can when used on a 10.3" semi?
Re: Pentax?
Picking up a scope to use on my bolt action rimfire. I checked these out at sportsmans warehouse today. I thought the glass was comparable to the leupold that was twice the price. I think i was looking at either the gameseeker or the pioneer. Opinions? I have a pair of Pentax binoculars that are qu...

But will I ruin the warranty on my Trident if I use a Lone Wolf barrel? Nope. You are all set. What about the lead bullets? EDIT: Found my answer. Original Poster, take note... I think it had 5-6oz of buildup. We rebuilt another Trident for 22lr lead buildup and a couple for baffle strikes as a res...

Any reviews/thoughts on the SBX 10/22 barrel?
I think it looks like a cool idea. I have a regular tacsol 10/22 barrel and like it a lot, but would love to make the package a tad shorter.

Re: Tool for the 3 Lug Trident Adapter?
Is there a tool available to get the 3 lug adapter apart for the Trident 9? When I head to the range and screw in the 3 lug I want to be sure it is snug but when I remove it the adapter comes apart in stead of the the whole adapter unscrewing. I then only have a 3 lug can while at the range until I...

A few SWR questions...
1.) Since the rear of the Spectre can be removed, is there any possibility of a QD adapter of some sort being made in the future? A tiny 3-lug would be cool. I saw some other MFGR with something similar on a 22 can. Seems like it would be easy for you guys. 2.) Why are the baffles inside a Trident r...

It is a cohaire CA89 that I SBR'd. It is definitely rolled-locked. I do still have the stock (plastic) cocking tube support, but it does stay forward on its own. How would I know if the detent is in some way located incorrectly? EDIT: Now that I am fiddling with it I may see what you mean. The CT su...

I find it odd that you guys are saying the MP5 is more quiet than a 9mm AR setup. My 9mm AR is significantly more quiet than my MP5 clone. Both with a Trident-9. The MP5 clone even has a 3 extra inches of barrel. Both setups using a 3-lug. The bolt *clack* on the MP5 seems downright excessive compar...
