SOCOM556-MINI 2?
What's the deal with the MINI 2? Are they making them or not? Looks like it's been removed from the SF website. SilencerShop doesn't even have the first MINI listed anymore.

Re: Salvo and SBS use
I shot an email off to Briley and am looking forward to their reply. I'm only located about an hour and a half away so it wouldn't be hard to run by there if need be. In speaking with King Armory, I was told that factory Benelli barrels actually have a flared extension welded (or otherwise permanent...

Re: Salvo and SBS use
Out of curiosity, what's the risk? The 18" barrels come with choke tube threads but for some reason the 14" barrels do not.

Re: Salvo and SBS use
Factory Benelli M4 14" SBS barrels don't come with choke tube threads (factory 18" barrels do) but they supposedly have sufficient wall thickness for them. Anyone know of a company that could be trusted to cut them in a $800-$1100 barrel?

I use SF SOCOM flash hiders and would definitely be interested in buying into the Saker platform if it were cross-compatible.

Re: SBS Engraved????
I've heard secondhand (for whatever THAT is worth) that one of the local NFA item dealers does not engrave and says that you do not have to, so there are definitely folks that aren't doing it. As already stated, though I've never heard of someone getting prosecuted for it, nobody wants to risk it f...

The law is PLENTY clear, a maker must mark just as a manufacturer or importer does.

Re: SBS Engraved????
We do not engrave our Form 1 items (SBRs and SBSs) here. Our local inspector concurs with this practice and all our Form 1s get approved by the NFA branch in Virginia. Just put the original manufacturer name, address, and serial number on the form where it asks for the, you guessed it, manufacturer ...

Re: Good price for a KAC QDSS?
Is the QDSS being discontinued or are they just adding new cans to the product line? I'm doing a MK18 clone but my concern would be having the ability to move whatever suppressor I get around between rifles. I essentially need to standardize on a mounting platform, whether it be KAC, AAC, Surefire, ...

Good price for a KAC QDSS?
Is $1400 a good price for a black KAC QDSS suppressor and NT4 flash hider? Found a dealer with one in stock offering that price but I have yet to hear back from some other dealers I've contacted so I have no idea whether or not that's competitive. Thanks.

Would it be redundant or even maybe detrimental to put the RTV on a Gas Buster CH? Just wondering if it'd get in the way of how the Gas Buster is supposed to work.

Re: 30th B-Day Present to Myself--which 10.5" rifle/suppress
Now that you have me looking at the Noveske 300 BLK offerings, I think I'm going to wait for them to release an 8" or 9" version with the new NSR handguard. Hopefully it won't take too long.

Re: 30th B-Day Present to Myself--which 10.5" rifle/suppress
Man Ihsahn...you got me thinking now. I could have a 300 BLK upper for most use and a 5.56 upper for training (where I probably wouldn't be using a suppressor anyway). Now I just gotta figure out if the 8" upper will have enough real estate for BUIS, white light, handstops/VFG, etc. Jaredr, I'v...

Re: 30th B-Day Present to Myself--which 10.5" rifle/suppress
I love everything I've seen about the 300 AAC...except for the cost of ammo. Best I can tell, 300 AAC ammo is about three times as much as 5.56. Though I don't take classes as often as I used to, there's a chance I'll take a class with whatever rifle I get and I don't think I could live with myself ...

30th B-Day Present to Myself--which 10.5" rifle/suppressor?
So I'm turning 30 in a few weeks and have decided to take the plunge and buy a badass rifle (suppressor to come later). I've been eyeing the Noveske 10.5" Light Shorty w/Switchblock for a long time now. But before I place the order, I need some advice... I've been wanting the Switchblock becaus...
