Re: Would a 6" Sparrow make the Spectre obsolete?
I called SilencerCO a few years back and asked them if they could make me a 7 inch Sparrow, they explained to me that it wouldn't make enough difference in sound, they said its the perfect size for the lowest suppression level they could reach.

Re: Suppressed Mosin Nagant Vs .22lr AR15 Video
I really like my Mosin suppressed, but I cut my M91/30 down to 16 inches. The ejection port on the .22 was aimed right at the camera so i'm guessing that's why it sounded louder than normal? For the price of the Mosin Nagants you really can't go wrong, nice video.

Re: The first no blowback can?
I don't understand the mirage portion of that - or frankly, ANY portion of that. However, the initial portion of looks very much like the turbine of a jet engine, and those trap air at several times the pressure of the outside WITHOUT releasing it. Obviously this isn't the same thing because a turb...

Brakes are loud, so wouldn't putting a brake on the end of a can make it louder?

There are things that YHM can be pointed at as being lacking, but structural integrity is not one of those. As I'...

Re: .357 SIG SUPPRESSOR?
Does anybody make a 9mm can that can handle the pressure of the sig round? Have any of you guys tried it? I really want a pistol can, but I really only shoot the .357 sig. I saw a video on youtube that Silencerco did in there indoor range, but doesn't really tell you much sound wise. Thanks. For su...

That looks like a Draco Ak47 pistol? If so it will be threaded 14x1 left hand thread, mine was good to go and didnt need to be re-threaded. I'm not sure what can your putting on it but YHM makes 14x1 Q.D. mounts that work great.

Re: OK, before the rule change one more .22 suppressor
What rule change? I am surprised you haven't heard. The ATF (with the push from the NFATCA) is making a rule that will require ALL entities to submit fingerprint/mugshots and CLEO signoff for every transfer and for each responsible person in said entity. This will create a ban in areas where the CL...

I use a Forster CO-AX for all my large rifle and a Dillon XL650 for everything else. I also use the RCBS bench mount priming system. Amazing how many people have never heard of the co ax. By far best single stage press out. I agree, sure its a little more money than the other single stage presses o...

I get a plastic bag and spay the internals with Kroil, then let it sit over night.
