Reading another post on here I saw someone selling thread adapters 5/8x24 male to 1/2x28 female.
I had decided to thread the can 5/8x24 and buy the correct adapter to run on .30 cal.
I know the 300blk is 5/8x24 but my Rem700 is not threaded yet.
Thanks again for the feedback.

Re: ATF online Forms??
Damn... you are correct... I got an email that said "Pending Research" and 5 minutes later another that shows "submitted/in progress" I do have a control number though.
I got excited when I saw Pending and jumped the gun I guess.

Anyone ever used the online system?
It was so easy I think I am going to do another Form 1 for a SBS when I get home from my trip.
I will keep y'all up to date on the status and wait time.

This can will be mainly used on my 9mm and 300blk AR's but wanted to be able to use it once in a while on my Rem700... also a 9mm Beretta Storm Rifle and will see what it does on my .22lr for the hell of it. Good call on the stock for the end caps, I planned to use the sam...

form 1 returned for 4i - I stated all lawful purposes
Never had a problem before this one.
My examiner told me they are cracking down and that I must state the lawful purpose.
Anyone had this issue?
I changed it to Collection and Investment...... will that be a problem?
Thanks for your input

There is another option no one mentioned... SBR it. Registered SBRs do not need to comply with 922. I have no idea if anyone even makes compliance parts for the storm but if they did I suspect you'll be in the $200 anyhow. Might as well get a short barrel out of the whole deal. Not true...... You s...
