Unique Enfield K 7.62x39 suppressed, $1800.00,

Unique Enfield K 7.62x39 suppressed. Not an SBR, one stamp. Standard 1-10 twist .311 barrel, 9" long, ports start at 7", with a 16" long integral tube. Ported support bushing to allow drainage for cleaning the expansion area. Seven of my step-cone baffles, first is stainless and the ...

A thread back from the dead! Finally got the old "K" conversion project complete enough to test fire. http://www.specialinterestarms.com/IMG_2392.jpg http://www.specialinterestarms.com/IMG_2393.jpg Still need to mount the scope rail tonight. Performance FAR exceeds my hopes and expectation...

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

Pics of the first Novem to get a synthetic stock below. I try to set the head-space to the tight end of the range so any round that is a fraction long may come up a bit hard to chamber. Probably more of an issue with reloads. I could set them looser but I figure tight will stay in spec better. Bolt ...

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

I don't usually post group sizes since they vary so much by shooter, but your challenge is to better another owners consistent <.500" at forty yards. And the guy who is right at 1.00" at a hundred yards. Pretty sure both of them have a bipod fitted too. They have the same ten land and groo...

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

Sharp eyes!
Made the barrel as long as I could with the blanks I have.
Buyer has some concern that if he ever damages the muzzle he can thread it again without going below 16".

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

End of year gun-porn and a relief to be getting caught up. Now I will be able to get to new orders. Topmost example is slated to become a raffle prize to raise funds for our Nevada gun rights group, NVFAC. NV has very restrictive lottery rules but I can help out if anyone wants tickets, not sure of ...

You are not on Yahoo I hope? If so please resend your email using another service. I do not seem to have an email from anyone with your initials. Yahoo keeps screwing with my ISP. Their blocking gets removed every few days but it's back in place after a day or so. I would complain but they provide n...

Your direct email will work best, not sure that I can attach an order form and details here as a PM.

I stock extra mags and a DI Products scope rail is only $36.00

Please send an email to [email protected].

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

Just finishing three more this week.
Two standard and a "Cup" version.

Need to order more actions, so about two weeks for a standard or simple "Cup" rifle.

Getting very low on the IMI ten land and groove barrels.

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

1/2-28 is simplest.
5/8-24 is the other standard thread.
I did just buy inserts to do 1/2-32 today.

Action has an integral dove-tail for 11mm.
There is an easily installed picatinny rail available for only $30.00

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

I nearly always supply the host TCM. Standard build is $750.00 and shipping to your FFL. 24 TPI is no problem. To update this thread I should mention that 10 rd. mags are available. They fit fine but function is not as smooth as I would like for the first 3-4 rounds, I think it' excess spring pressu...

Excellent pistol caliber carbine video.

The video is a little long at seven and a half minutes but really shows off the difference ammunition choice makes. Suppressed and unsuppressed, wet and dry are shown The rifle is one of my 9mm Novem's so there is no bolt slap to confuse the sound signatures. Not sure who's carbine it is but I like ...

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

Latest variation, much more work done than standard.
Scout Rifle with adjustable peep sights, Picatinny rail, and cupped barrel.
This was a special order with significant up charges for the extra work.

Click the link for details. http://www.gunssavelives.info/ Needs wider exposure. Trying to raise funds to fight the Bloom-turd "Initiative" Q1 mandating universal background checks/registration in Nevada. Once the AR has been awarded the Novem 9mm I donated will be in the next sweepstakes.

Refurbishig a BK 2209, 1613 and 4220?

Don't see a forum for test equipment so this seems the most appropriate. Finally got use of a BK 2209 setup. Been in storage for many years so will need some clean-up. Mostly seems to be in fine shape but the 4220 Pistonphone calibration unit was put away with batteries still in it. :( Naturally the...

Re: Details, details, DeLisle FINAL thought.

I am taking a break from finicky builds on ancient Enfield actions. So building of De Lisle's to order is now discontinued. .45 kits and SC's are also now out of production. MAY do a few more after about July to be sold from stock, might put some special features on them and charge accordingly. Now ...

Sadly .45 acp is just too fat to work from the magazine.
.40 sw, 10 mm, and .38 Super are possible with slightly reduced magazine capacity.

I will be assembling a 10 mm demo unit soon.

Couple more with the integral "Cup" or sleeve on the end.
Even with the cup they are lighter than original.

Larger cup is to clear a Bowers unit.

Re: How many really want a NEW 9mm bolt action carbine?

Truthfully had not.
Really trying to keep it simple and cost low.
Just got another order today for an integral "Cup" type.
I will research the aluminum barrel sleeve idea but if I'm doing that why not go to carbon fiber and be even lighter?
