The load is hot, reduce the load until it doesn't blow primers by a half grain. I run the same load with no issue, just need to adjust the load. I would go with a standard buffer also.

I have had great results with the Hornady 170 grain round nose flat base bullets.

Had a build with the same SPS action barrel combo, but went with a 18in barrel. Try a 60 grain Hornady V-Max bullet with a max charge of Varget with a CCI SR BR primer @ 2.260 OAL. It gives me consistant sub MOA results out to 400 yards. Nice build.

Works well on the 221-300, 300 Blackout, 300 Whisper with no problems. You will not be able to crimp due to OAL of cases. I have yet found the need to crimp.Enjoy
