Re: Tirant .45 using hollow points or shooting 10mm
Ive emailed AAC about 10mm. Replied that "normal" commercial loads are good to go in my Ti Rant45. But Buffalo Bore and other high powered 10mm is not. Whole point of the 10mm for me is to have magnum power in an auto pistol so Ive never tried it.

Re: ATF has no record of my Form 1
I spoke to the specialist the other day, a guy named Scott. He seemed to have access to more info then the ones who answer the phone and found a pending form 1 in my name. The serial number was wrong (started with a B instead of an N) I know I checked the form multiple times and had it right. Happen...

ATF has no record of my Form 1
ATF received my Form 1 paperwork on April 7th, cashed the check on May 9th. As of July 29th they are not showing anything in their system. Told me to call back and speak to a specialist tomorrow, he was gone for the day today. I have a scan of my bank statement showing the cashed check. Any advice w...

Re: NRA shames open-carry demonstrators as ‘downright foolis
A little discretion and common sense goes a long way. These idiots that go around showing off their rifles and trying to get into a recorded confrontation with police are asking for it. While it may be legal its not always the best idea. Part of being a responsible citizen and gun owner is to be res...

Re: Chili’s, Sonic-Drive-In tell gun owners to leave firearm
Don't care about Sonic as I don't leave my vehicle there anyway. If Chilis doesn't want me to carry in their restaurant they can post the proper legal signage and I will find another place to eat. And all Chilis I've been in have the bar in a separate area, as long as im not sitting in the bar area ...

Re: Suggest a .30 suppressor.
Ive had my 7.62 SDN 6 a couple years now. I've got 308 rounds through an AR-10 & Rem 700 bolt gun and 5.56 in an AR-15. I couldn't be happier, good sound suppression and POI shift is not more than a few inches on any one and 100% repeatable. And without the can my AR-10 with brakeout flash hider...

I went with the SDN-6 and use it on 308,556 and 300blk, works great. Only thing is now I have a TiRant 45 and looking for a 556 can. Just be ready to spend some money. One just isn't enough.

Re: Cycling when suppressed...
I don't have a 6.8 but with my Armalite 308 I have not been able to cycle fully with subsonic loads, there are lighter spring/buffer combos and adjustable gas blocks available. But, after modifying the weapon to shoot with subs you may have issues with supersonic ammo and ive just left the subs to m...

Re: FFL Refuses to Sell Guns to Residents of His Own State?
When I interviewed with ATF before getting my license they asked and insisted that I have a state tax ID. However this was after I told them I would be selling firearms to individuals face to face. Not sure what they would have said about out of state only sales but it seems to be legal. ATF was con...

I know its second hand info but my dealer advised me against the mite. Said its not a good performer and their are better 22 cans in about the same price range. He had one on his desk using it as a paperweight.

Did you create the trust yourself or use an attorney? If you had an attorney form it I would call him/her. If not the posts above should help.

Or Perhaps the boy wants to be a soldier when he grows up and was simply playing. Acting like he was a hero he looks up to. And the officer was poorly trained. Many factors could have been in play. Re: Lubricating suppressed AR 10
The rifle seems to be way overgassed to me. Felt recoil is increased with the suppressor and the bolt seems to slam back. I think it is cycling too fast as sometimes the ejected case gets caught on the way out, hanging between the bolt and front of the ejection port lengthways. I notice the cases wi...

Day two I shot 300 rounds of Federal/ American Eagle with zero malfunctions. I remember having the same problem when I started out reloading for the .45. Seated and Crimped to Wilson Combat recommendations and had no problem after that. I try to stay with Wilson Combat mags, pistol performed flawles...

Sig 1911 w/ Blazer Brass issues
Ive shot about 100 rounds of Blazer Brass through my Sig 1911. Lots of rounds will fail to go into battery with some leaving a small dent just below the bullet. Have shot other brands with no issues to speak of. Im shooting a Larry Vickers pistol course this weekend and after shooting 100 round of F...

I picked up my can from silencershop last month. Approved by Bowers. Took right at 7 months. The can I bought last year was approved by Sara B Jones. Took 4 1/2 months. Not sure if its the examiner or just the normal backlog. Either way I forsee it getting much worse with the BS shutdown going on no...

I couldn't help but notice on Fox News a video of a bunch of Kenyans carrying the FN SCAR, in coyote brown with EO Tech sights. The rest I saw had a mix of AKs and FAL type rifles. Sad thing is our tax dollars probably bought the FNs.

Im going to try the spring and buffer out and will post results. My AR10 has an H3 marked buffer, same length as AR 15 buffer, a longer heavier spring and a 7 3/4" extension tube. I've also looked at the Syrac ordnance adjustable gas block but would rather have one with a switch, like the SASS ...
