I've converted to the 225 Hornady for shooting steel and Outlaw for shooting critters.

I use the 225 for general use. It’s a good bullet. For deer I use a 220 gr subsonic expanding bullet. For supersonic hunting I would use a Nosler 125 BT or a 110 V-Max. I would not buy Lee dies. They work, but they do not exude quality.

You need a Form 1 to make a SBR. If you were buying a SBR that was already completed by someone else, you would need a Form 4. Use the caliber that you will have on the gun the most and use that barrel length.
