Why do you dislike the metric thread? I find it better than the standard because far fewer turns to seat and it seems to hold tight better (maybe from the o-ring).

I vote to find one that is the closest to the previous skin. It was near perfect and the easiest on the eyes out of pretty much all my other forums. AR15.com and MP-Pistol.com are pretty good though.
