Re: Booster advice
You take it apart to clean? (Yes about every couple of hundred rounds) fast does it gather gunk if you only use center fire jacketed ammo in it? (Not too bad. After clean it I give all the baffles a coat of white lithium grease I only use jacketed or poly coated bullets) I'd love to use aluminum if ...

Re: Booster advice
I used the SD Tactical on a 45 caliber suppressor I made. The tube and K baffles are aluminum. I have used it on my FNX 45 Tactical and my Glock 41. It works perfectly.

My poorman James Bond gun
Just tinkering around with a little 22 pistol I picked up this Phoenix Arms HP22 for 75 bucks. After tuning it up a bit and threading the barrel she turn out to be a fun little gun. https://www.reddit.com/r/NFA/comments/ev5u33/my_poorman_james_bond_setup_phoenix_arms_hp22a/?utm_medium=android_app&am...

Re: A short video of my Form 1 45 acp suppressor
I like it for what it is. If your looking for a very compact PDW type weapon I think it fits the bill. You have to remember that your going to have compromises. The compromises on this setup is a short length of pull remember this is a brace and not a stock so it's a bit short. I like short stocks s...

Re: Flintlock
With all the high-tech weapons, gadgets, space age metals, etc., I'm thinking about getting back to basics with a flintlock rifle just for fun. The problem is I don't know anything about them, i.e. manufacturers, quality, what to look for, what to avoid, etc. I've checked out Gunbroker but it seems...

I never though about the JAG. I have heard that using Quicken could cause some problems because it's not really set up for NFA stuff. Another site I was on rased doubt about about the whole Trust issue, they seem to think that there is a possability that the ATF could decide in the future not to hon...

Taking the plunge
OK it's settled as soon as I get back from this deployment I'm starting the Form 1 paperwork to construct a .22 suppressor for my P22. This will ber my first suppressor. I've decided on an aluminum tube and internals with K baffles. My questions is do I need to anodize or coat the internals with som...
