Will SCAR-HD still be shipped for the BFL tat?
I'm about to deploy and need to see if the SCAR HD will still ship for the AAC tat contest. I was charged for the difference this summer and read a few post saying the SCAR are mil only now????? Any update to the time line. I just need to get things squared before I leave. Thanks I have sent emails ...

Good idea, 762SD on a HK21?
So I should be getting the 21 in a couple months and have the SD sitting here. Should I try it? Do you think it will take short burst? I hate taking anything to shoot that doesn't have a can.
I know they had pics of the 240 with a can and was wondering if the SD will hold up.
yes/no/pics please

snip AAC went about 2.5x over budget. I do think they will still make out well in the long run. How many guys will be on the range bragging about a free suppressor, and showing off a cool tat. They will immediately be interested, and once interested, find out all the details, they will make the jum...

Mine came loose after shooting once. I cleaned it until a point of ridiculous redundancy and then torqued it down really hard. It has yet to come loose again. I cleaned my 1000 mount pretty half assed and I've not had it come loose with 2 drops of rockset. It's just the luck of the draw I guess. no...

There was not any grease on anything. I use brake cleaner to degrease just about everything prior to painting and know that it works. The first one I did not measure it, the second one was well over the 15-20. I'm wondering if it was some bad rockset, how long are those little bottles good? I know I...

You must also clean and DEGREASE the flash hider threads. Don't forget to degrease the threads on the barrel. Clean is one thing, but degreased is another. I used denatured alcohol after cleaning. Once degreased and dry, make sure not to touch the area. Apply two drops of rocksett and torque on. di...

My SPR/M4 FS came off twice- Rockset not holding-what to?
I first put it on a new Noveske barrel. Threads cleaned extremely well (they were also brand new) and installed per the directions. Shot it for a few hundred rounds, not rapid fire but enough to get it decently warm. Notice a group open up and the FS had come off. It was dry for a week or so before ...

I think it's an effective advertisement though. The advertiser doesn't want people to be distracted looking at a clean surefire, so they shift the focus to the shiny AAC can by making it an ugly dirty scratched Surefire with broken welds. If they shined the SF then the crappy welds would be a more ...

What a CF I ordered the Delta from James, cost what he said, got it on time, answered my emails, sometimes with in hours, got back to me on my calls even though he was on business. Was accommodating to me when I asked for the serial numbers early. Over all very pleased, and would buy form him again....
