Re: So, who makes the best integral pistol?

Interested as well, I figured there were going to be some new integrals at SHOT but didn't hear anything about them if they were released.

Re: So I bought an Alpine...

You can always fill the hole left by removing the LCI with one of these filler plates. I have one on one of my MKIIIs and it looks/works great: http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=310919 As far as taking out the magazine disconnect, you can do that with a Clark or Volquartsen MKII ...

Thanks for the replies, the MP-22 is a dedicated upper/lower- they can't be used with regular AR uppers lowers.

S&W MP-15 22LR Project - SBR w/Spectre, Integral or Nothing?

I have a Smith & Wesson MP-15 22LR rifle with a 16" factory threaded barrel, I've also got a SWR Spectre on the way. I'd like to suppress the MP and have heard that the Spectre sounds great on it. I am also considering SBRing it and using the Spectre to keep the overall length to a minimum,...

Custom Work - Integral S&W MP-15 22LR - Any Suggestions?

I am submitting my trust paperwork for a Spectre this coming week and can already tell that this NFA deal is going to be addictive. I'm looking for someone to make an integral suppressor for my S&W MP15 22LR. I'd like to keep the overall length of the barrel with the suppressor as close to 16-16...

Thanks YugoRPK- that is surprising, figured the Zephyr would have been quieter due to the increased size.

strobro32- not to get off topic but how is the FRP on the Spectre?

Any idea how these sound next to a SWR Spectre? I'd imagine with the XL's extra size it would be quieter?

Re: ...and all I heard was the hammer drop.

The mags do come apart really easily, just takes a few minutes to break them down and clean them. There are two generations of mags, the new versions are marked "25 round" right under the 22LR on the original mags. Newer mags have solved a lot of the issues that the original mag caused.

Re: Trust questions from a military member

FA Gunner- would never have though of the VA ID versus getting a VA license as the dealer suggested- great idea! I'll talk to the dealer and the DMV and get that ball rolling. Will probably also hit you up with a PM and ask a few more questions. Thanks again all!

Diomed- I haven't tried the AG office, will keep that in mind if the trust deal falls through. My orders state Pentagon, DC. Pentagon is of course located in VA so will need to see if that is an issue first. Thanks for the reply, please keep them coming.

Trust questions from a military member

Greetings all. I am new to the world of suppressors. I ordered a SWR Spectre from a local dealer and it finally arrived last week. I've recently come to find out that the CLEO in my area (Northern VA) will not sign off for individuals, so I'm left with the option of forming a trust to get the Spectr...
