No you can not import it without a form 6 and they will not do it for a non SOT holder. Form6 for the barrel in the OP or for the 20mm? Or either? What if you knew of 20 barrels in X country and were an SOT? Does that mean 1 form6 or 20? Also... I just remembered I can ad-block animations. Hurray! ...
