Just curious about the details.
Can't imagine that info on this can would be classified.

Re: Choice of .308 suppressor.
I used to be an AWC hater but I met the new owners at SHOT in January and shot some of their stuff. Got a chance to shoot a Surgeon rifle with the AWC .30 can and it worked fantastic. I have first hand experience with the old customer service and products which went to crap before this new crew. It ...

Re: SS Sparrow, the dip, and a big problem
I can't get a good result with ultrasonic cleaner. I have a commercial unit that was made for gun parts but nothing compares to the dip.
I just wear rubber gloves and wipe away the crud.
I'm one of those that likes it squeaky clean though.

Re: MK19 40mm belt fed, suppressed, for the COPS?!?
My opinion is that it makes their work look half assed. They may make quality items but the show doesn't reflect that and perception is reality in any sales business. I am sure their sales of t-shirts and beer coozies have gone through the roof though. They lost me when they said they were making th...

Re: Tips for thread on cans that come loose?
I would not recommend the nord-loc washers.
They are only recommended by one manufacturer that I am aware of and I have had baffle strikes when using them
with their can.
I have had then come loose as well.
Went to teflon tape and no more problems.
YMMV

Another vote for the MK III 22/45.
I have shot most suppressed .22 pistols out there and am very happy with my MK III.

Re: Handi Rifle?
I like the idea of a thinner barrel to save weight.
Robert is there any way to put some kind of protective coating on the metal?
Something like Scarmor or moly resin?
I know this will be coming off of a production line but it's work asking.

Re: Dry lube for subguns....anyone doing it?
I have tried dry lube on a MAC 10, Norrell .22 pack and AR's.
Didn't work well for me with much shorter times to malfunction.
All suppressed though.

Re: MKIII to MKII?
I also took the mag release spring and cut two small notches in the mag release lever and put the spring over the post that was made. This makes the mag release work like every other gun where you just rack the action when the fresh mag is inserted instead of having to thumb it. http://i906.photobuc...

Re: MKIII to MKII?
I bought the MK2 bushing and just filed down two edges to make it work, very easy.
Originally I made one out of some 1/8th aluminum I had laying around.
Poked a hole with a drill press and finished it off with a hacksaw and file.
It will be appearing on Son of Guns next week....

Re: 300 BLK pistol barrel length
I'm talking about a 9-10" barreled AR. Granted it works just fine for clearing a house but if you have to step out the door and hit something at >100 yards it's a crap shoot as far as the bullet doing it's thing.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to get shot by one.

No problems with my LW 9mm and 45 barrels with Trident and Cobra M2/Osprey.
