FTW SUPPRESSOR COVER - HAD
What size cover would you recommend for a Saker 556 that has a direct thread mount and measures approximately 6.3"? Is it better to go with a slightly larger cover to help cut down on heat mirage? It's going to be shot mainly on a Rem 700 .223 and also on an AR. The cover comes in either 6"...

Re: Will the use of an HMMS affect the warranty?
I promised that I would update this thread, so here goes. I finally received the replacement suppressor cover from the vendor. Instead of them sending just a replacement outer cover from Griffon Ind, they sent me an entire Heat Abatement Device that was redesigned and intended for extreme heat. It ...

Re: New to the forum with a saker question.
you won't be disappointed. its an awesome & very versatile can if you're using their maad mount, don't crank it down all the way or it may get stuck on the muzzle device temporarily. Like all rifle silencers it takes a few minutes to cool down It has the best lock up that i've seen besides the ...

Re: Price check on SilencerCo/Noveske Saker lower receiver
I have a SilencerCo/Noveske Saker lower receiver from the promotion they ran. It's a beautiful receiver, but I just can't justify another build right now. I'm not sure if I want to sell it, but I haven't anyone selling these yet and am curious what it's worth. Any ideas? It's only worth about $100....

Re: Will the use of an HMMS affect the warranty?
I wanted to update this thread after speaking to the vendor. They were very helpful and told me that they had seen this issue, they are sending out a new design cover that is supposedly made from a different material for me to try out. I will keep this thread updated when the new cover arrives and ...

Re: Jam Nut on Saker
The area on the mount does not move when you tighten it to the suppressor. The MAAD mount shown in the below video looks to have an additional piece (locking ring/ratchet) that you tighten after you snug the mount to the suppressor. The Trifecta mount being sold on the Silencerco website does not ha...

Jam Nut on Saker
I was watching a video with Gary from Silencerco at the 2012 Shot Show, and in the video he demonstrates how to install the Trifecta MAAD Mount onto the Saker. In the video there is a "jam nut", that he tightens after snugging the mount to the suppressor. I noticed that the new Saker doesn...
