The Velcro would be limited to Black, Olive or Beige. I'll add a color selection option to that page shortly and you can pick and choose. It would a...

A recent Form 1 WAS just denied. In thread attached below. Gotta believe it's no different than one hung on the front. It still needs to be listed as to length. Otherwise.. how's the enforcement on not making it longer (manufacturing a new one) take place ? http://www.silencertalk.com/forum/viewtopi...

If you think we have the facts now.. READ this section. " May a repair change the dimensions or caliber of a silencer? A: If alterations to a silencer would increase the overall length or change the diameter or caliber of a silencer, this is the making of a new silencer, as opposed to a repair....

I posted the above Doc to help all of us try and understand the ruling. I would list the OAL darn close to what you plan on building it as and not LONGER by more than an inch or so as allowed for end cap 'repairs". I suspect your Form 1 would be approved for 24" but they would expect to se...

I would submit.. They may have just come to their senses.

This was just posted for a rejected Form 1 can application due to N/A in OAL section.

Some on here say they have been approved for MANY cans without the OAL included on a Form 1. When I applied for my first one it seemed strange NOT putting in the length when the ATF has a ruling that prohibits making a can LONGER than it was manufactured as. They indicate it can be shortened for nee...

Not sure how that would fly without a "Length" for the can ? Flew just fine 8 out of 8 times for me so far. Ranb Umm.. Wonder how they get past this if you modify it later ? "Increasing the length of the outer tube significantly affects the performance of the silencer and results in ...

How do you get around this if they don't know what length it WAS ?
