Re: 10/22 Integral

I know a couple people that got integrals from SRT in about half the time. I ordered mine at the end of May 2012 just looked it up. Still waiting on the form 3 approval, when I said my dealer got the form 3 it wasnt the approved copy it was the copy showing thompson started the form 3 with my appro...

Re: 10/22 Integral

Last I knew you are dealing with a two man shop.... Whats your point? Do you think they get some type of special treatment cause they are small? I havent even seen the product yet so cant comment on its build quality or sounds (dealer is over a hour away so wont see it even after he gets it), and I...

Re: 1/2X28 TO 1/2X28 WITH O-RING ENGAGEMENT&THREAD PROTECTOR

You dont need it imo.....I have one of those and the only reason is I have a gun with stupid long threads and even with a gemtech spacer it chews up the o ring in my sparrow. If the threads are the right length its no necessary imo.

Re: Just bought a 22/45 threaded barrel model. Just thought

If you are going to put a Burris Fastfire on one of these Burris makes a dovetail mount for the sights to get the sight lower. I tried one out on the rail and it was way to high for my taste. I shoot mine with the irons depending on the mood and dont wanna lose that functionality. But if I didnt sw...

Re: Louisiana eliminates state NFA registration !!

Looks like the bill got its signature and is now ACT 398. It apparently goes into affect August 1st 2013, instead of the 15th. http://www.legis.la.gov/legis/BillInfo.aspx?s=13RS&b=HB277&sbi=y Yep and the NFA Branch says if you sending a new form now it most likely wont be pending until afte...

Re: Louisiana eliminates state NFA registration !!

Cool that's ten states now http://firearmsfreedomact.com/ I don't think it's the same thing dude. Nope us poor folks in Louisiana had a double registration process. Before if bought any item subject to the NFA out of state the out of state dealer would have to submit forms to the state of Louisiana...

Nice! Why is there only 4 posts in this tread? I figured all the original element owners would be all over this. A couple quick questions. Is the new finish the same as the old finish? Is there a spanner tool that will work with this endcap for removing the suppressor from the weapon without accide...

Re: Trifecta or 51T Flash Hider for Saker?

The Trifecta MAAD mount is rock solid. No movement or wiggle. Im very impressed. I'll go with a Trifecta mount then on this build and keep the Brakeout on my other rifle. I'll just have to buy a separate MAAD mount for the Brakeout... I think thats the way to go, I checked the dealer sample saker o...

Make sure your not having slight baffle strikes. If you have a good gunsmith get both the pistol and can threads checked. If you dont have anyone close by I would send it off the pistol barrel and get it checked out to make sure the threads are good. It really wouldnt surprise me at all if the can i...

The sparrow is still my favorite can, its short, sounds good, built like a tank rated for the most calibers, and sounds just as good! Dont forget by far the easiest to take apart and clean.

Ok I shot about 500 rounds today of cci standard velocity and some remington golden bullet. Here are the conclusions I came up with.....The element is by far the quietest can on pistols still out of the 3. This comes with tremendous blow back though. I picked my sig p226 with 22lr conversion as the ...

Re: .22 LR cans and back pressure

I havent really tested it too much but I can tell a huge difference on short barreled pistols between my element and sparrow/essence. I would have to really shoot them more to tell you because honestly its not a big deal to me. I just know when shooting the element I get particles hitting my face a...
