3/4" copper pipe, pipe cutter and sand paper. Cut/sand it so the piston cap is 1/32 from completely seating.

I have a can with those cups and they're a step above flat washers or freeze plugs but if I could do that can over again, I would find 60° cones and symmetrically port them. It was a "D" cell 9mm can for my ar9. Basically took the internal volume to a "B" cell.

i was able to form mine with a 4" bench vice and a breaker bar. no need to heat them up. just drill them first using the dieand the end bore should be damn close to 5.56 diameter.

why not check out the "maglite cups" on amazon. thats what i plan on using in my 9mm "D" cell tube and maybe a 45 can too.

ive got three of huntertowns cans, .22, 9mm and 556. the 22 cans, i cant tell a difference between it and the original swr Spectre, SS sparrow and the outback IID. the 9mm, its okay its not an octane but it does what it was designed to do. same thing for the 556. it does an okay job at suppressing b...

i noticed that when i shot my cans (any of them) at first, the blowback would be horrible. after a couple hundred rounds through the cans the blow back would get less and less. send some rounds down range through it and you should notice less debris getting blown on your face. and dont forget eye pr...
