Re: Maximum 10/22 barrel length that keeps bulk pack ammo su
I have 5 Ruger MK II pistols from 4.75, 5.5, and 10" lengths. I was doing some testing for the next project and found that any ammo I ran through the 4.75" barrel was subsonic. The 5.5" usually was super and I think the sub results from that length was related to ammo variation in the...

Re: video up Integ suppressed 300BLK
Drive a 2013 Audi S4 - and me....3500 w/o glass is a bit steep...I get its a full custom gun... but its a VERY specific niche.... and for me - one I am not ready to take the plunge in.... Bayo, I understand your thinking. Like the SIG example I posted above, I understand why the customer spent so m...

Re: video up Integ suppressed 300BLK
I guess I say all of this to say this type of rifle is for some people and not for all. Some folks will be happy with a $1500.00 or more screw on can with lesser performance. I agree with you on money. If someone wants something custom and has the money, go for it. But you opened a bit of a can of ...

Re: Suppressed Mini-30 - Good, Bad?
I think it would be a neat idea. I am not a fan of the MINI platform but have a 14 and 30. Maybe suppressed would recapture my attention. If you are using optics you could make some type of reflex can. I do not think threading just the end of the barrel would be such a good idea. Not a lot of thread...

Re: video up Integ suppressed 300BLK
$3500 bucks w/o glass  Do you drive a chevy, ford, or porsche? There are people who will never purchase a custom shop S&W, Colt, or SIG because there is something that fits their needs in an off the shelf product at a much lower price. This is not an off the shelf gun nor was it intended...

Re: video up Integ suppressed 300BLK
We received the same request from different customers from different states so a neew accy will be in the works next week. It appears that we need a top rail over the forearm for thermal / night vision equip. Will start the design process next week for that.

Here is a link to the web page with all of the info. New options coming soon are a thermal mount and side rails. The hog hunters in Texas apparently like to hunt at night.

Re: video up Integ suppressed 300BLK
Depends, some of the shots were with remington factory subsonic loads. When we went for 100 meter accuracy testing we used seria match king, 220 gr over SR4759 9.82 grains. That load produces consistant 1060FPS rounds.JasonM wrote:What ammo are you shooting there?

The link to the YouTube video shows the new Black Ops 300 rifle firing several shots. You hear the sound signature of this unique suppressed rifle from several different angles. This video was shot just last Thursday. With sub MOA performance, adjustable stock, optional interchangeable AR15 style st...

How did you deal with the bolt and fire control? Striker fired? IO kit? SAS kit? Thinking about doing the exact same thing to my MKIII but would rather drop the $$ on a stamp instead of a sa covnersion kit. I used an AR 15 FCG so hammer fired. I used the original bolt and with an AR15 firing pin af...

Re: 5 inch barrel for 10/22 SBR
I did a 6" version but I used a GM blank for my build and a billet receiver I machined in the shop. I threaded the receiver and barrel to avoid the whole v-block think. The stock is a cut down butler creek stock. THe barrel is threaded for a can. All in all a pretty cool build. I will do anothe...

I have a delisle and love it. The can is not of modern technology though, this gun was made to be an exact duplicate of the original. And yes, it is quiet. I like it for sure.

Re: Threading barrels....
We thread barrels in our shop however regardless of others results I would not use a die for this. I assume you want it threaded for the use of a can. I suggest a lathe for both turning the barrel and threading. One can't be too precise when a can is being attached.
