Semi auto SBS host for a JK 195 can?
I'm looking to get one of those new JK 195 cans, and am wanting to put it on a short semi auto. Does anyone know of a good host? Something around 14" with choke tubes and no pistol grip?

Lightest, smallest 6.5 can?
Ok I'm starting to get the itch again. Needs me a new suppressor. I'm going to do a featherweight 6.5 Grendel build and want a can for it. Ultra lightweight, short added length, and direct thread are my main requirements. As long as its hearing safe I'm good with whatever sound reduction. Maybe the ...

9mm AR - Three lug barrel or threaded?
I'm building a 9mm sbr, and will be using a tirant 45 can on it. Should I go through the hassle of getting a three lug barrel, or just get a regular threaded barrel? It will never be shot unsuppressed, and the can will stay on it almost all of the time.

Lightweight BCG/buffer combo for running suppressed?
I'm building an ultralight AR that I'll use my AAC Mini4 on. It's a faxon 14.5" mid length barrel with an adjustable gas block. This won't be a competition, defensive, or plinking rifle. It won't have a ton of rounds go through it. What is the lightest BCG/buffer combo that I can get while stil...

Any 50 Alaskan guys out there?
I just submitted my form 4 for a Vers 50. I really want to shoot giant subs, specifically the Lehigh 725 CF bullet.
It's a .510 round, and I'd rather not mess with a whisper. The Alaskan shoots a .510 bullet as well. I was thinking maybe an encore with an aftermarket barrel?
Thoughts?

Fastest way to sbr a stripped lower?
On a lower that I haven't purchased yet, what is the fastest way to get the tax stamp back for a sbr?
I have one lower already sbr'd, but I had a shop do snail mail on the form 1. It took a while.

Need help building a 9mm AR
I know a lot of you guys have built 9mm ARs for your cans, and I was wondering if you gurus could help me with a parts list for one that I wanna put together. I've put together numerous ARs but never a 9mm. The can I'm going to be running is a tirant45. I'm going to SBR it, with probably a 5" (...

Blowback with 9mm AR's?
I'm wanting to build a 9mm on an AR platform, something with a ~9" barrel and my tirant 45.
How bad will the gas be in my face if I use a sig brace? It would be blowback operated.

Nah, if they make a salvo 20 then they better make it lighter and smaller than that monster 12.

I'd like to have a salvo, but I would think that a 20 gauge would suppress so much better than a 12.

Re: Optimum muzzle velocity for subs?
I'll do some tinkering. It's about a 20% energy difference per 100 fps.

Re: Optimum muzzle velocity for subs?
Does bullet size help any with trans sonic accuracy? I would think the bigger the bullet the less it would effect it, but I could be wrong.

Re: Optimum muzzle velocity for subs?
The goal is to get as fast as possible without getting a supersonic crack. This will be on a big bore setup, so I'm wanting to move the giant bullets as fast as I can without getting the supersonic crack, so I'll still stay super quiet through the can.

Optimum muzzle velocity for subs?
When loading your own subs, what muzzle velocity should you shoot for to keep it subsonic? You read a lot about how 1050 fps is the best, but can you push it a little faster depending on elevation and outside temperature? Knowing that the speed of sound is 1125 fps at sea level, how close can you pu...

My buddy is looking to get a rimfire can and a centerfire can, multi cal for both. I haven't been keeping up on the latest and greatest.
I told him to get a silencerco ss sparrow and a silencerco saker 762. Decent picks? Thoughts?

Big bore setup on the cheap?
I'd like to have some kind of suppressed big bore setup that'll lob giant subs at pigs. I was thinking about a 45-70 handi rifle, chopping it to 16", threading it, and buying a new can. I have a tirant 45, but I'm just too scared to use it. I'd like to reload some Lehigh defense controlled frac...

Savage A17?
I'm wanting to get one of those new savage A17 rifles and chop it to 16" for my Spectre. Does anyone know if there will be enough barrel diameter to thread?
Also, it's a delayed blowback system. Will that work ok suppressed?

My buddy is about to put in for his first two cans, he wants a multical centerfire can and a multical rimfire can. It's been a while since I've shopped for any, I own a 762sd and a Spectre. What are the best for the money out there right now? QD for the centerfire, direct thread for the rimfire.

Re: 338 Spectre
Thanks.
I'm kinda curious how loud it will be with a 45 pistol can. How would you compare it to a 300 blk with subs and a 762 suppressor?
Has there been any decible testing with the 338 Spectre and different load/can combos?
