Re: ballistic 1022 kit lock
The kit will only work with trigger groups that can use factory hammer bushings,if your trigger group has a torsion spring it will not work,if you have a newer 1022 with the bushings built in you will have to swap hammers,I used a volquartsen hammer and with some polishing now have a SAFE 1 1/2 lb.t...

Re: Benjamin 392/297
ALWAYS remember to keep one pump in these to keep seals closed..also NEVER use anything but airgun oil to lube these guns..WD40 WILL eat the seals!! Transmission fluid works great! Just my 2 cents.....

It won't work with the volqartsen I've been told because it has a torsion spring in the trigger group,it was designed to work in Ruger factory trigger groups or TG's that use the 2 bushings on the hammer. As far as a the Tactical reciever or any other reciever it shouldn't matter...the trigger group ...

If you use the SSS ammo without the SSS upgrade you WILL bend or break the JT ejector pin, next time you clean your rifle take the pin out and roll it on a flat surface..if it's bent I'll send you a new one

Artful..yous is just like the ones we make now but in order to use anything but standard or subs you MUST use our SSS upgrade. The difference in locking the bolt with the SSS ammo or any other ammo is quite a difference...with the SSS ammo it's like night and day

SSS problems
The SSS is known for the "pop" from the ejection port because of the short case, the JT bolt lock eliminates that..also put a magnum spring on the charging handle ...that will help also.I've not heard good things about the TI barrels, but if you do the magnum spring trick you will HAVE to us...

As I have stated before the hardest part about making these kits is making them drop in ANY 1022.Ruger is sloppy in there design and there is a difference from gun to gun when we are talking 1000ths.Take your trigger assembly out with the kit installed and see if it works ok,if it does then a SMALL ...
