Try looking at the basics first if you wish. Like the fact that most "standard" 45ACP ammo (230 FMJ) is loaded to subsonic velocity while most 9mm is not. That leaves you with 147 grain which is generally "considered" subsonic. 115/124 grain 9mm aren't. 45 tends to work great sup...
