Re: Black Rain Ordnance (BRO) aquired HTG Silencers!
That's a good question. Is BRO selling HTG cans right now? Are those one's going to be covered by warranty? If so, why those but not the other HTG cans? And If not, are you disclosing that the cans BRO's selling right now don't actually have a BRO lifetime warranty, since they are technically "...

Re: Black Rain Ordnance (BRO) aquired HTG Silencers!
It could be determined by purchasing/acquiring other manufacturers' cans, taking them apart, and then measuring their bores. But I am still unconvinced (either way) of whether the "tight bore" is actually an issue or just a character trait of HTG's designs.

Re: Black Rain Ordnance (BRO) aquired HTG Silencers!
...If I was a bettin' man I'd say that if an HTG can fails, BRO would do the guy/gal a solid and comp them a new one, but I try to stay away from casinos :) And that's what would have thought as well...until I went and asked them that same question. Here's to hoping the answer I received was just t...

Re: Black Rain Ordnance (BRO) aquired HTG Silencers!
BRO should have stepped up and honored HTG's warranty when they acquired the company (and in effect, their clientele).

Re: YHM Cobra M2 core upgrade
What happens to the old core if it gets replaced? Can people hang on to theirs or are there rules against that sort of thing (to swap in case of baffle strike, etc)? Re: ATF continued.......
It was still pending as of about a week ago. How often should I be calling in at this point? Once a week? Every 2 weeks? At the end of each month? I don't trust NFATracker's estimates. I have 3 stamps and every time NFATracker said I had bad luck and everyone else got their stamp already. With that...

Re: Dash cams
That may be a good idea. I will think about if I can place the camera near the dome light. It will also capture side-window action. That was essentially why I wanted a dualcam -- one for the road and another for things of that nature (cops, etc). Ideally a 4 cam setup would be nice but aint nobody ...

Re: Dash cams
I believe that depends on the make/model. The one of the models I saw had a 1,3,5 minute display time for the hidden screen, or you could choose to have it on all the time. Those tiny ones are pretty cool though too. I'm still not sure if I need dual cams, just thought it would be nice to have a sec...

Re: Dash cams
On second thought, I think I might spring for a (less conspicuous) decent rearview mirror DVR. Maybe something like this , or one that's better quality. They make a dualcam one also, but so far quality seems hit and miss. Here's a seeming better quality one, but for about 2.5x the price: http://www....

Re: Dash cams
Good lord, I need a dash cam.
Is it hard to hardwire those? I already have a radar detector that just plugs into my AC thing, but I don't want all sorts of cords and stuff hanging all over the place.
