I would go with a 1-9 twist which is standard nowadays for 223
1-7 came around because of the M856 tracer round being 64gr and as long as a 80-85gr bullet

I think it was tune so it barely ejects and then give it another like 1/4 turn and youll be good for uncanned and canned

The cyclone (large version) is a pretty solid can and should be able to handle a limited firing of the big magnums like the WM, weby, and WSM

Yes there is threadless tube and the booster threads into core instead of tube qmf is the same way too but it takes gemtech patterned mount something my dildoesque can does not

Pretty much the Vers50 and AWC Thundertrap ive shot both and the Vers is a tad bit quieter because larger volume and its about 1/2 the price

60degree cones work good from what i am told on supersonic rounds
I would probably step that cone in like 1/8 or 1/16in steps just search for stepped cones on here to get a pic of what im talking about

The mystic will take 5.45 down to a 8" bbl but itll cook the paint off if shot too fast
