Call James Anderson of Anderson/Oyer Law Firm in Greenville, SC. He specializes in Gun Trusts, LLC's, Estate Planning, etc. He is good to go in my book. He did my trust and has done trusts for my friends. He can explain to you the nuances that differ between the LLC route and the trust route in SC....

Re: Suggest a .22LR Bolt Rifle that I can SBR for silencer
I love my Ruger 77/22... my Volquartsen barrel in 1:9 is awesome... but a big, heavy beast. Cutting it down might be the way to go... and the 60gr SSS is an awesome thumper in a small package.
Would like to know if anyone has a source for a lighter weight barrel in 1:9...

Re: Benelli M4 Entry Gun Completed
I'd love a Krink (10") Saiga 12... that, with 10 rd mags... I think it would be a great defense weapon... for the home... But, I have absolute confidence in my Benelli M4!

Replace 3 of the listed parts. I replaced magazine, follower, and forend.
I have a determination letter from the ATF on # of parts, etc. There are copies of these letters on the net.

Re: Suppressors in checked and declared baggage on airline?
Do you HAVE to declare cans only? They are NOT firearms and a declaration is to declare them UNLOADED in your luggage.
About to take my cans back to NV for training/work.

Re: DAW Corp suppressors?
I have two of his cans... one is a 22-30 cal rifle can that sees lots of use on my LWRCI M6A3 16" and a 22lr can. Both are excellent and Don is a pleasure to work with.
Hope this helps!

Moving from NV to SC with NFA Trust
Have any of you moved from one state to another with an NFA Trust?
Do I simply type up an amendment changing address?
I plan to add my new wife as a "co-trustee" so that she can use the NFA items.
Any help is appreciated.

I can second Don's work... he has made me two cans and has cut on some of my rifles. He is a great guy!clickBOOM wrote:Don Wagenknecht @ DAW/Ozark Armory does the conversion.
I wanted one of his 300 Whisper (300/221... 300 Fireball) barrels for the Savage... I just don't have the Savage yet!
