Remington 220 gr factory subsonics. Supposed to be 1050fps or somewhat less from a 16" bbl. Mine average 1100 fps

I have the one from Midway. Just started working with it but no problems yet. Have it on a POF lower with standard spring/buffer. No problem with the Remington psuedo subsonics. They seem to cycle the action but not lock the bolt back with and w/o a can. Accuracy seems good so far, but havent really...

Ive used 10.0 gr IMR4198 and 9.5 gr A1680 in my 16" CMMG upper. Around 1030 fps. Still in work up mode but accuracy seems good. The 4198 is compressed but not heavily. OAL 2.20

Is that the same upper you have listed on your site? Do you include the BCG as well?
