Getting back in the game... a few questions though!
Hey guys, I've been gone for awhile and am just now getting back into things. I'm looking to buy a 30 caliber can. I've heard about the e-file procedure and the changes that have taken place. Here's my question, what is the best way to go about buying a silencer nowadays? Should I do the old school ...

Re: Osprey .45 or Ti-Rant .45?
I have both (in 9mm) and they both sound great. Only complaint is that my TiRant9 was sold as "user serviceable" when in fact it is NOT. Most frustrating thing in the world considering that was the reason I bought the TiRant9. Even AAC told me it was user serviceable when I gave them the ...

I don't understand? Why would someone ever feel compelled to pay again just to have something transferred from themselves as an individual into a personal trust? All my stuff is individual. What consideration am I not giving? Could be for a number of reasons. Estate planning and multiple people pos...

Re: best silencer for Lakeside Machine .22lr belt fed?
I mainly use Remington Golden Bullet, Remington Subsonic, and Win 555. After running a lot of ammo through it it takes a bit of torque to get everything apart but nothing my two hands cant do. As far as cleaning goes, I've tried a few different methods. Standard sovent and wire brush didn't work for...

Re: Repeat Purchases with Trust questions
The attorney that did my trust (who focuses heavily on NFA) advised me to do the same as Wahnsinn said... do NOT list anything on the Schedule A until the item has been approved and the stamp is in hand. I have followed his advice and everything has turned out okay

Re: USP 9mm loud with suppressor....
I havent noticed this with my H&K. It's a USP 9 SD with 45 Osprey shooting 147gr subs. I love the combo. Sounds exactly the same to me as when I run it on my XDm 9... Is there any difference from the SD model to a regular HK USP? Other than the threaded barrel. Just the threaded barrel and rais...

Re: I should have listened to you guys!
I even hear peoples (here) say trusts are a hassle! REALLY?  all I did was sign it. :D Youre right! Trusts are the exact opposite. It's NOT going the trust route that's the hassle. In fact, a good friend of mine is in the process of transferring all of his items from individual to a t...

I think SilencerShop in Austin may have some. I'd try giving them a call. I bought mine several months back from Major Malfunction. I think he only got a limited amount though. Good luck, if I hear of anymore I'll let you know.
