Re: 9mm subsonic ammo
I have a 124gr subsonic handload that does just fine...no cycling issues. I don't see any reason why that Sellier & Bellot load wouldn't work just fine. I had a box of their subsonic load that was decent. Not as quiet as Fiocchi but works in a pinch. Can you post your load data? powder, OAL, pr...

Re: Request for "bylaws" of the corp?
The examiner for TN is somewhat asking for the same thing. They first asked for articles of incorporation which they already had (in TN these are your charter document from the state). Then they asked for Articles of Organization but for Corp's in these don't exist - they're for LLC's. Then they ask...

Re: Kevin
Steve Jobs was forced out at Apple once. When the company was on it's death bed, they brought him back... He retained god-like status from then on.
Best wishes and good luck Kevin.

Re: Check still not cashed
Good question. Last Form 4 I did was in 1998. Things have changed a bit since then. Would like to know how to tell if when one "goes pending." Just sent one in ... check cashed in two days. Call the NFA Branch at 304-616-4500 and ask to get a status of a transfer. You'll need your SN read...

Re: 07/02 FFL Question
Why bother with 07/02 if you're not making/manufacturing anything? There are other classes for simply selling. Because ATF told me to get an 07 when I told them I'd like to replace sights or do a connector swap on a glock that came in on trade as that is manufacturing. So if you did swap a connecto...

Re: Anyone have the Overall length for a MP5A2? for the Form
My HK MP5 with the A2 stock is 26 3/4" long. I have the original HK three lug barrel and it's not threaded.

Re: If you were to only buy one....
SR25 EMC, OBR, POF, AR-10 (GAP/APA), are all viable rifles for precision shooting, then you'd also have a good battle rifle.
A gas gun is a little harder to learn early on for precision shooting but just as capable as a bolt gun.
