Re: Launched my SilencerCo Omega300 - Repair?

I launched my Harvester Big Bore. (my fault of course) They fixed, no questions asked, Tube was not damaged that I am aware of. Cost a fortune to ship insured.

Re: Quick question in todays strange NFA world

I got you Trooper. I just figured they were so back logged that there was no way in hell they could have actually looked at it, signed, denied and emailed it back in 4 days. I guess they can. Neither one of us have a problem waiting, that is what you learn when you get into this game. You also learn...

Quick question in todays strange NFA world

I have a friend, not a member on here, that has submitted 2 Form 1's Efile for SBR and SBS's about 4-6 months ago. Still pending. This past Tuesday night he submitted one more SBR Efile form 1. Yesterday morning he already received a denial letter for the one he submitted on Tuesday. Less than 4 day...

Re: NB That wants to build 338LM can needs help

I know this is off topic sorta, but I just got my SilencerCo Harvester Big Bore for my 338 Win Mag. Dang that thing sounds amazing. I can literally shoot with no hearing protection. I bought it for hunting, So i wouldn't recommend not using hearing protection for multiple shots with it or any other ...

Re: 9" or 12.5" for hunting?

This makes me feel a little better. I let my 12 year old hunt with my Micro 7 in 300BLK last year, he shot 2 deer. No blood trail on either deer. 2nd deer ran only about 30 yards and luckily my dad was with him and paid attention where she ran. My dad thought my son had missed because of the way the...

Re: Serviceable 30 cal can?

If you are looking at only shooting subsonic rounds - another option would be either the SilencerCo Octane 9 or 45 HD suppressors. If I remember correctly, the 9mm can sound tested a little better, but now that they offer 9mm replacement end caps for the 45, it might be the best option. Easy to cle...

Re: New to the site, New to NFA items

I got into suppressors about 4 years ago. I have numerous cans now. My best friend is just getting into it now and he is learning from my choices. This is free, so do what you want with it. I started with a 556 and 45 can. I wish I had started with a 308 or even 22 instead of the 556 first and the 4...

Re: Anyone Using the SilencerCo Harvester on a .30-30?

There was a great video from Silencerco with them shooting the Harvester on numerous host calibers, posting db and recoil changes. Have you been able to find it? If not, I think I still have it on my email.

Re: WTF has gone wrong with my can?

I probably know less than anyone here, but I recently had a similar issue, but to a greater degree. I have a custom built heavy duty suppressor for my 8.5" AR 15. I primarily shot it on my 8.5" AR 15 with incredible accuracy, but decided to use it on my 14.5" AR upper more, cause I wa...

PSA PA-10 issues

FYI. My buddy and I ordered stripped lowers the day they came out. We both ordered lower build kits a few days apart, his went together very easy. I am still trying to get mine together. The hole in the bolt catch is smaller than the roll pin and it binds when in place. Called PSA and they sent me a...

Re: Looking for Suppressor for Savage MARK II FV-SR

I have both and shoot both on my FVSR. I tend to lean more on the Spectre II, no particular reason. It's just really fun to shoot. I just got my 4" TACCOM AR upper and with the Troy rail I put on it, the Sparrow is to short to tighten and loosen very easily so the Spectre II works well on it. W...

Re: Latest news on TiRant 45 delivery

You guys talk about buying in stock. Does this include some of our stocking dealers on here then having it transferred to a local dealer. Or just buying from a local store only and avoiding that transfer? I really want a 338 Ti can, haven't found one in stock "local".

I once wrote and essay in favor of more gun control. I was told if you write about something you didn't know as much about or was opposite of what you felt you would find it easier to write the essay after doing your research. Did it change my opinion, hell no. But like geek said, just had to get th...

Just finished watching this video with my wife. She kept saying, where can I get one. Where can I get one. It's funny, she has never had any interest in suppressors before. Not sure why she took and interest in this one :? :? Anyway, awesome weapon.

Re: ATF Offical: It's now 6 weeks from cashed check to pendi

It's absolutely crazy. This is the one time people are trying to give money to government. If transfers were quicker, hell I'd buy more. If I didn't like what I purchased it would be easier to sell with less of a wait and the government would make another $200 from that transfer. Only the government...
