Re: How effectively suppressed??
I would consider it a air disruption deal, the smaller and tighter pocket the bullet can make when traveling the less disruption and noise. So a Higher BC bullet would probably also in most cases be a less disruptive bullet across the flight path. Probably not enough to factor over terminal ballisti...

Re: 110 V-Max & Noveske 10" Barrels?
The Noveske 300 AAC BLACKOUT is designed to run optimally firing both subsonic suppressed and supersonic unsuppressed, "while keeping supersonic suppressed reliable." We recommend supersonic ammunition for Military, Law Enforcement, and Self Defense use without a silencer. Could your suppr...

Re: When do we get a 300blk barrel for the ACR
"They are just not set up to sell sub assemblies." Alas, the lack of response other than "keep waiting", and the fact they are not setup to accommodate the platform, gunsmiths, and customers is why I will likely never have one. When the economies of scale and the tests of time pr...

Re: 300 Blk Piston Upper?
I can confirm the PWS design. I have two of the newer designs and they run rock solid, but they are not as clean as you might think, and the noise factor diminishes some of the benefits. More gas comes back on the newer design, It does vent before the BCG but the chamber still gets nice and filthy a...

Re: Cheapest way to reload high quality 300BLK for 16" AR up
For what its worth I bought all Lee equipment to start and most if it except a couple dies is now gone. The press was the only item I would have trusted, and it sold with the kit so I went Hornady. I was going to say screw it until the guy at fin feather fur showed me the better stuff and sat patien...

Re: Noveske 300 AAC BLACKOUT 8" vs. 10" barrels
"extra back pressure due to more barrel past the gas block" RSilvers, pressure is based upon port size, the additional barrel will help with volume however. Would that not in the case where shooting subs without a silencer be a benefit? ideally you wouldn't want to open the port to do so a...

Re: My 10" 300 BLK (with pics)
Glad you got it going, looks great. How widespread is the stabilization issue? Any ideas why your having the problems? I assume the steel or rifling methods might be suspect if your having so many issues with the same blanks and provider. Has anyone with Noveske, AAC, or Delta Company had a similar ...

Re: Twist and the myth that won't die.
When you do your accuracy testing can you please go into a bit concerning break in, and the steps involved for initial prep and cleaning schedules. I have been lucky to have good shooting barrels on every gun I have bought or made myself but I must admit I do not do much of anything special. I norma...

Re: hornady 225's subs in Blackout
I just bought some of these 225's. As soon as I get my barrel I will try some of these loads and see where it gets me. This is the only heavy bullet I can find regularly.
