Hi sir! Hope you are doing well. I use PEW-SOFT which is a custom-built data acquisition system created by me. I sample at 1 MS/s (1 MHz).
I meant hardware, mics, etc.

Re: SOT dealer FFL/SOT lapse during F4 approval.

You do not need an FFL/SOT to do a form 4 xfer in state.

So-

The F4 will get approved, and sent to the dealer. He will then xfer it to you and you will not have to fill out a 4473.

Probably zero in terms of sentencing. I am actually asking for facts here. Not fear mongering. The company I posted is in the USA and advertises it as a 80% and they have been doing business for years now. The other is offshore. Assuming someone would not install without the proper registration, wh...

The issue as I see it is flying over property not your own and not public.

You can legally hover your drone over someone's backyard BBQ, Kid Party, Wedding, etc. WF?T

Re: Olive Gardens restaurants explain gun policy (good result)

I sometimes wonder how that could play out if it went to its logical end. If the uniformed cop refused to leave, would the employees call ... the cops? Or do they refuse to call the cops since the uniforms that show up also have guns? Whine on facebook like the cops do. Facebook war ensues, everybo...

I pooped on the party over in ARFCOM by pointing out an address on a web page has nothing to do with FFL premises.

My suggestion is pick up the phone and call the number listed if one wants to know more.

Seen video like everyone else. Not sure how a second video changes much. Sure appeared he was standing still with hands up when shot.

As others state, if 2nd video is good for cops, it would have been released already.

Google it. I remember when it came out folks wanted to know what other cans the Baffle Pusher would work on and some one posted the specs on a variety of cans.

If you've already got a F1 in hand, then I suggest you remove/reinstall the barrel yourself, and send only the barrel to him for the necessary gunsmithing work. Have the engraving done on your receiver BEFORE you get back the barrel from your gunsmith. This is per my ATF inspector (I am a licensed ...

I do not keep anything I am not required to keep. So no DLs, no trusts , nada.

I know many FFLs do this, thinking they need to in order to protect themselves, but it is gun store BS, and it is kinda infuriating to deal with even as a dealer I get requests for this.

Yeah, that scene was pretty hilarious. But highest ratings? Seriously? What about Breaking Bad? That had a soap opera quality too, but it was tightly written a lot of the time and very well acted, which is more than I can say for Walking Dead on either count. Other than the 2nd half of last season,...
