300 BLK Loads
Got some load data to add from the past week for anyone that wants an idea to start. I am using H110 on all my loads. I am an engineer and am used to looking at data through charts. I generated some charts to make it easier to see everything. Hope it helps someone and I am not responsible for any mi...

Re: SR22 as a host?
I run one that I installed the twin tech tactical barrel on. It works great with both my element and prodigy. Very quiet and runs most any ammo. Mine even occasionally cycled the cci quiet.

Re: SR22
I'm glad Ruger is making the SR22 with threads and the Lite in BLK. But I have to wonder how long the aluminum slide will hold up on the SR22? Do these two have more advantages over a Bersa Thunder 22LR with an aluminum frame and steel slide? With the price difference you could thread the Bersa and...

Re: reloading. My next project
I just setup a single stage reloading press for reloading subs for 300blk. I picked up Lee starter press kit and Lee 300blk dies. Im loading small scale right now, but i could see this getting bigger down the road. I immediately picked up a hornady digital scale(Lee powder scales take way too much t...

I had the railed 22/45, soon as i picked up the lite i sold that railed version and bought the lite and havnt looked back. The weight difference is ridiculous and the lite has nice iron sites. With my prodigy on the lite, it feels like a toy.

Re: 147gr vs 158gr 9mm comparison
Just wanted to add my experience with AE 147 and F. 158, where that 158 gr. truly shines is on a longer barrel. I threaded my keltec sub 2k and the 158 out of that is seriously 22/bb gun quiet. The 147 is transonic in 16 in barrels.

This happens to everyone who owns an element... everyone just learns their own workaround. I just loctited my endcap on. I always carry the strap wrench with me just in case.

Re: Osprey .45 or Ti-Rant .45?
I love my tirant. It can be taken apart easily and its deceivingly light. Osprey just dont look like silencers to me. I like that silencer look. Oh, also, my tirant is freaky quiet... I havnt heard an osprey tho, so i cant give a comparison on sound.

Attaching pistol cans for 300 subs
Just wondering how people are going about attaching their pistol cans(Tirant 45/9, Trident, osprey) for use on 300 Blackout subsonics? I have two tirants and dont see any pistons available for the 30 cal threads. Anyone making adapters to 1/2x28 or what?

I was returning my Prodigy and was in contact with John H. and asked him that on the end of one of my emails. He said if it happened, it would be closer to the summer. Here is his email response: " We are considering an new backend for the Element to make it the Element2 styling. But honestly i...

AAC Element with 22 WMR
Anyone running 22 mag on their element? I have a PMR 30 and I am excitedly awaiting the RMR 30. I should get my element this month. I was wondering how comfortable the 22 mag is suppressed?
Was also a little worried that the 22 mag out of a pistol may erode the can... what do you guys think?

Re: AAC Prodigy...
The round hole in the core up at the muzzle end will accept a cleaning rod so you can use it to torque the core off a barrel if it gets "stuck" on the host. Another little cool feature. HA! I didnt even think of that, very cool. Did AAC mean for that? BTW i am loving this new core. Me and...
