Don't forget about the gravity down there , it's stronger.

When I visited Durban,Marionhill for awhile , in a week I was 4in. shorter , explain that ,and don't blame the Beer like everybody else.

and I seem to remember the toilets the most !

1 Wedding , 8 Ushers ,9 Anchor,Globe , And Eagle Engraved Flasks, but no funnels , All 2nd Force Recon. Marines, the Funnels arrived 2 yrs. later,

but at least we didn't pull a Casey Jones ,and we steamed along,merrily.

I guess I didn"t know exactly how to word it. what i was trying to find out was what size hole was required (EXACT)to begin tapping a piece of 3/4" stock and thread it 1/2"28 tpi,and as i checked in the meantime it is 29/64" for a fine thread like that , I did'nt realize it would...

I am starting my first threading job , and it is a standard 1/2x28" flat bottom , in a perfect world tapping steel rod stock 1" deep what size drill bit should I use,and I am drilling a total of 2 1/2" through ?
