Re: Form 4 question

Well if anyone else runs across this I called the ATF and they asked me to send the form back in so it could be signed. Hopefully the turnaround doesn't take too long.

Re: This May Become a Problem

There s no known cure for NFA addiction... That's the truth brother.....8 cans....3 sbr's....1 sbs ! And if I get a SIG MPX, that'll be another $200. Sounds similar to me, 6 cans 4 SBR's, 1 AOW and that damn MPX will get you every time. http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r170/Bluewidow_bu...

Form 4 question

So I just got back my latest form 4 for an omega suppressor. All of my previous form 4's came back with a stamped "signature" from the examiner as well as the date filled in. On the form I got today after picking up my can I noticed these fields were empty and neither the approved nor disa...

Buy the Octane 45 can and then just get an extra 9mm endcap and have the best of both worlds in one can.

Re: New machine guns legal for trust, possibly

True but it does form the basis for a lawsuit to challenge the ATF on. I know you posted that you have seen at least 6 lawsuit attempts in the past 10 years but if we quit fighting them then they automatically win.

Re: New machine guns legal for trust, possibly

Did Joshua Prince point out an interesting conundrum in the law/regulations? Sure he did. Will ATF accept his argument and approve a Form 1 for a new machine gun? I doubt it. Will a court accept his argument and order ATF to approve a Form 1 for a new machine gun? I also doubt it. Well apparently t...

Re: New MGs for Trusts?

Did you guys see that several people submitted for form 1 MG's and on 9/10/14 at least one was approved with several others also claiming approved. I stole this next part from arfcom 1. ATF ruled that a trust is not a person as defined by 18 U.S. Code § 921(a) and the Gun Control Act (GCA). 2. Since...

Re: Ideal rail length? End of barrel? 1" from end of can

I don't know if this helps but both of these uppers have 9" hand guards. The top is a 7.5" barrel with a Noveske KX3 that pokes out about an inch. The bottom is an 8.5" Noveske barrel with QD YHM flash hider and the can just barely extends into the hand guard. http://i144.photobucket....

Just buy a damn house. Rent any where is a waste of money, start building equity and even though you will be paying a heck of a lot more than 300 a month it wont be money wasted.

Trust, form 1 and title 1 firearm questions

I have several stripped lowers that I intend to SBR, I am also finishing up my NFA trust. Would it be OK to add my lowers to the trust as title 1 firearms? After they get approved is there anything else I would need to do or would it be fine as I already own the items to add to the trust and the ser...

Bolt closed thumb on the trigger. Why is it that every jack ass trying to ban a firearm has absolutely no idea how to even hold one. I suppose that in their mind firearms are all extremely dangerous weapons because in their hands, they are.

This thread made me think of something. Hypothetically, what crime would they charge you with if you were contrary to the best advice that the internet had to give on the subject. Scenario: (I'm not suggesting this... it's only a thought experiment) Step 1> Register an SBR AR-15.. say 4" .22LR...

I know its a 300BLK chambered rifle but do you have any specs on barrel length and hand guard length used? I would like to build a twin upper for my new SBR and that looks great with almost no gap between HG and suppressor.
