Re: What about putting Robar NP3+ inside a can?
My understanding is with that finish your firearm will simply wipe clean and it no longer requires lube because it's so slick Not entirely true. I have several firearms coated by ROBAR using their NP3 and while a few of them clean up quickly one (a 500 S&W Magnum whose cylinder was coated) won'...

What about putting Robar NP3+ inside a can?
My understanding is with that finish your firearm will simply wipe clean and it no longer requires lube because it's so slick. The easy clean up of the can interests me, but what interests me more is given the amount of natural lubrication with the finish, would it essentially be a constantly wet ca...

Re: Is there a "new" or updated M4-2000 now?
I'm not sure. I had read something in the SHOT Show thread about new flash hiders that improve fit and the poster being angry because he was now waiting on an "old" M4-2000 because of it. I could be wrong

Re: What's the best performing 5.56 can reguardless of price
Around here you hear the M4-2000 is the best. SilencerCo is releasing the Saker which they claim to be the best. Still waiting on video and sound tests. Didn't Major Malfunction do a battery of third party tests? Or were those just pistol suppressors. It's been awhile since I saw them I don't recal...

What's the best performing 5.56 can reguardless of price?
From what I've read and heard It's between an AAC M4-2000, KAC QDSS and Surefire. Money not being a factor, which of these cans has the most effective sound suppression?

Is there a "new" or updated M4-2000 now?
I heard something about an approved flash hider/mount at SHOT Show. Is this true? Is there an improved version circulating? If so, what do I need to look for in stores or specifically request when I place an order?

Re: whats the point in owning one if its not "hearing safe"?
ok well a question about accuracy then. currently i have a 16" barrel LMT CQB MRP piston upper. when i put an M4-2000 on it, i will also SBR it to 12", the shortest barrel i can have on this upper. i understand the range and accuracy will suffer movin from 16" down to 4", will ha...

Re: whats the point in owning one if its not "hearing safe"?
i thought improving accuracy was a myth? my understanding was the suppressor on "the inside" would have to be such a tight to the barrel with matched rifling in order for accuracy to be improved? doesnt the round just "float" through the suppressor? i mean it makes no contact wit...

whats the point in owning one if its not "hearing safe"?
i love suppressors as much as the next guy, but if they arent going to make shooting hearing safe than whats the point after $1000 and maybe a year wait? im not dumb, i know life isnt the movies and they do not sound like they do in the movies they seem like a worthy purchase for the most part on pi...
