Barrel coating
I've got a barrel that's in stainless right now and wanted it costed black. I don't have the set up to do it right. Do you all have anyone you'd recommend. Fast and good are more important than cheap.

They were informed and accepted it with no trouble. Very surprised. It was over $100 for registered priority though.

Shipping an m11/9?
So the stamp to transfer an m11/9 to my dealer arrived with the individual that owns the item. The trouble now is how to get it shipped now. My dealer is telling me that since its a "pistol" usps registered mail won't accept it from an individual and the guy needs to ship throug an FFL. Is...

I heard a rumor the atf isn't sending error letters anymore and is just issuing denials. Any merit to this?

Re: Awesome fast ATF return times !!!
I stopped using NFA tracker, because alot of the users are idiots who don't know how to fill in the boxes...they'll say the check was cashed on 2/23/14 and their form went pending 3/16/15... The pending date is set back to the date your check was cashed, so the dates should be the same! Anyway, my ...

My dealer just sent in a form 4 to transfer a mg from an out of state individual to himself in the first step of transfer to me. I think we forgot to check the tax paid box. Is this something that gets kicked back or not? If it does does the form go to the individual as the transferor or my dealer ...

Machine gun transfer in WI
Looks like there are some odd specifics to transferring an MG in wisconsin along the lines of a letter from the CLEO. Also I've seen something about referencing a Wisconsin statute in box 15 of the form 4. Anybody local to WI care to clarify?

Re: Form 4 to SOT transfer help
Does he need to fill out the section on the back where it states the purpose of need and requires a signature? Yes, it is for a MG. Its no different than anyone else buying a MG, just happens to have an FFL so no CLEO required. Just to make sure we're clear the fingerprint cards and photo are not r...
