Re: 6.8 SPC Suppressor reccomendations
I've been hesitant to buy night optics since I know I won't use them much. Two things- 1) I just got back from a bachelor's party in Breaux Bridges (between Lafayette and Baton Rouge) and we rented a fishing cabin in Afatchalya. I looked up the game regs prior to going. The bachelor wanted to try n...

Re: 6.8 SPC Suppressor reccomendations
Nice porker Elcapitan! I have a lease near South Toledo Bend on the La. side that has some huge piggies. I need to set something up to be able to pop a couple at night. I've been hesitant to buy night optics since I know I won't use them much. Thanks , I spend 3/4 off my time in Lake Charles so may...

Re: 6.8 SPC Suppressor reccomendations
I am running an Omega on my 18'' 6.8, I was previously using a Saker. I love both cans but the Omega is so much lighter (direct thread) than the Saker. Just started a build with a 12" ARP barreled 6.8 ,wish I could run the Omega on it. After a few hunts lugging the 18'' with a D760,Torch Pro a...

Re: Silencerco Salvo Sale
Here is my 11'' M1 and 12.5 870. The Remy was just for giggles, and it does that well. I have not tried it on a full length barrel yet I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts if/when you get a chance to use it on a longer barrel. Really curious how difficult it is to transition from shot to shot...

Re: Saker 762 with 51T MAAD mount wobbling.
Mine does exactly the same, ran about 30 rounds through it the other night through my new 6.8 and it stayed around 1 moa, with a night scope. So I don't think it affects accuracy .

Re: Saker 762 with 51T MAAD mount wobbling.
Mine also wobbles if you manually try to loosen it while locked, but seems to hold tight while shooting. One thing I noticed is my 556 Saker does not have the keeper pin that my 762 does so the lock ring can be turned down further on it, and it does not wobble.

Re: Salvo and SBS use
I was able to get my M1 threaded, ended up with an 11 inch barrel. Should be getting it back today. There is not enough meat at the end of an 18" barrel but when you get down to 10-11" range there is plenty. I also have a spare 14" barrel I will have them check it just out of curiosit...

Re: Salvo and SBS use
I stopped by the shop that is doing the chop on my benelli yesterday and ask them to mike the barrel after they cut it, and see if there is sufficient materiel there for a choke. They are also currently cutting and rethreading an 870 barrel for me.

Re: Salvo and SBS use
I have been told by several people that the benelli barrels were to thin. I am having an M1 chopped to 10'' right now and have purchased the Salvo, so if anyone is able to get one threaded please post it, because I would love to be able to get mine threaded. I might even stop by Briley the next time...

Everyone has told me just chop and shoot. My form 1 just cleared, should have mine done in a few weeks. I am running PG stock but searching for a deal on a standard stock now.

Re: Silencerco shotgun suppressor
I have already purchased two shotguns to SBS just for this can/ I'm sending off an 1100 for a 14'' conversion and doing a form 1 on an 870 12". I was already doing an older Benelli M1 , unfortunately it can't be threaded for a choke . I'm on the waiting list with SS for the can , I would be cur...

Benelli M1 10''
About to form 1 my older m1 , and I am thinking about going 10'' instead of the more popular 14'' because I am going to have the barrel cut. Was wondering if anyone on here had one and what they thought about it, how it runs ? Also what the actual barrel length is? I don't have a standard mag tube c...

Re: 45Osprey Disappointment, Am I expecting too much?
Before purchasing my Osprey 45 I shot it side by side with a Tyrant and believed the Osprey to sound better. But, when I took it out for the first time on my 1911 I was not impressed with it, until I added a little water . I use around 2 caps full and it's giggle quiet.

Does the new 762SD rate the same as the old one? Or how does it rate compared to the N6?

Thanks, I just picked up a TacSol 22 and it sounds great with standards and my specter II. This will be the home for the Zepher when it comes in.

Does anyone have any reviews on this can? I bought one in a last ditch buying spree the other day, but I do not know much about it.

Re: time to splurge - 3 suppressors
Another +1 for silencer shop
Called them last week for the first time after my regular dealer in Houston would not return my call, bought a Tyrant 9 and Saker. They made it so easy that I called them back a few days after and purchased a zephyr. I just wish I had used them in the past.

Yeah , I think the 30 call saker will be next rifle can , if it ever comes out. There is just to many options with a 30 call can in my op. Same goes for pistols 45 over 9.

Re: one can or two?
I would buy a second 308 can before a 223 . I am running sdn6 on four differant rifles right now two 308's, 300 blackout and 223. The only thing that sucks is waiting on it to cool down so I can switch it to differant rifle!
