Don't weld the suppressor to the barrel.

When I called two weeks ago, the guy who did my stamp said "eForms is only closed on your end, we still use it to handle whats in there."Jack_Bauer wrote:I wonder what will happen to Forms that have been submitted in the system for little over a month?

Barrel length / pin can / etc
So, Im done fucking around. Im up to here with the ATF, etc. I want to get my gun together, functional, and legal per the ATF. Before you jump on the "just wait for the stamp" etc comments, know that I had my stamp turned in, waited 6 months, then got it "declined" based on a cle...

Re: Uh, really? Does Amazon have any idea what these really
I think the "cluelessness" is irrelevant. I went looking for parts for a AR (I needed a spacer to put into my buffer tube) and was talking to the kid how I shoot my AR suppressed and how it was so much nicer. Long story short I had to fill him in on how a can is legal, and laughed when he ...

I checked the bolt and all three rings were aligned. . . after I deliberately un aligned them. . . then fired off about three rounds only to notice. . . something was very very wrong now. The freaking gas block came un bolted. . . walked over an inch forward. . . So, took it apart, reinstalled the G...

Yes the shitty PSA bcg. I don't even know where to begin on the gas. What do I do? I'll switch to clp and over lube it (or douche it down as I say) Check bolt gas rings make sure they are all intact and do not have any of the splits lined up.... this will cause short stroke type issues and crud up ...

Re: SBR issue
Frog lube sucks… it was cool, and smells good, so a lot of people tried it. throw it all out. I don't think it's a cause of your current problems, but try regular old Slip2000 (regular or EWL), or if want new fangled, use Fireclean. To run the gun with a barrel that short, the gas port and the pres...

Re: Is this normal
Yea its normal. You are shooting super sonic ammo. . .
Your pistol has a shorter barrel, shorter distance for the gases to expand, meaning the round is slower.
Shoot sub sonics.

Just looking at a couple of options in the next 24 hrs for a AAC 762-Sdn-6 or Better can for overall 308 use. Open to recommendations for better in regard of quietness and length, gotta be a fast attach mount in this app. My local dealer most likely has it in stock. Will find out tomorrow. OR Buy f...

Asking your government for permission is like asking your employees at the company you own "hey do you mind if I take the afternoon off?" You dont ask YOUR employees for s--t. Too ad onto that, the idea he has is legal. . . not going to be easily handeled, but it is legal. Can I fire the ...

Re: Need help writing a letter on a barrel shroud
First off NEVER WRITE THE ATF! This is a sad state of affairs. We really need a FAQ on this crap as I'm curious as to why getting pre-approval is such a bad idea. Asking your government for permission is like asking your employees at the company you own "hey do you mind if I take the afternoon...

OP, I'm in NC and will take it off your hands if you want. I already offered, no response but then saw him list it on a NC site for sale. Was selling it with some host for $1000. From trash to treasure I suppose! Not really trash to treasure, the suppressor was offered with a P220 Elite, bag, 4 mag...

Re: Just bought a 22/45 threaded barrel model. Just thought
post that. $360 plus tax from my local dealer. I got the model with fixed sights rather than rails. I am pleased with it thus far. I think it's a nice upgrade from my P22. So far I have put 2 mags of CCI subsonics through it with no problems and the sights were dead on. I am pleased. If you can get...

Re: Beretta 21A or P22 for small size suppressed 22?
I currently own a Ruger Mark III threaded and use my SS Sparrow with it. I carry it around on my land to dispatch critters and have realized it is just too big. I leave it in the house rather than carry it around because of the size and weight. I am looking to move to a physically smaller gun -- an...
